The beds were so comfortable, my son ask can he take the bed home….lol

Near shops and gas stations

TV and remote was out dated the romote volume wouldn't work and i use 2 bath clothes when i shower 1 for the top 1 for the bottom u ofer only one .Everything else was good .

It was nice. The rooms clean and quiet...quiet until our last night stay. Don't know what happened with the guest that checked in. There were loud banging on the walls, bumping extreme loud music played. No sleep/rest on our last night. Sounded like an entire soccer team "live"Absolutely nothing taking away from all the amazing staff. Front desk checking in and out. Tremendous coffee freshly brewed "love" that machine. Most wonderful 2 attentative extremely friendly ladies with the very nicely prepared daily breakfast. The noise has nothing to do with the building it's just the guest that was unfortunately not mindful of other guest😔

I’ve stayed her twice and I’ve not been disappointed. It’s very convenient to ASU, where my daughter is now a student. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great! This will be my choice of hotels when I come visit my daughter or for her when she needs a getaway from dorm life.

The property is convenient to ASU and restaurants.

I love that the property was clean, close to shopping area, the staff was friendly, easy check in, easy check out, the beds were comfortable, and love that the hotel was close to my event. I did not love that the hotel room does not have a safe, I hate the shower head, water flow was very, very weak, the bathroom door needed replacement, the bottom of the door was breaking apart, the front of the hotel lawn was mixed with dirt, looks as if the grass was not finish laying, kind of desert looking. Overall the hotel was very nice, décor was not bad, just needed a few repair that was visible to the eyes in the room.

Polite and helpful staff, clean and comfortable

The staff was very pleasant. The room was a good size. The finishings could be cleaned a little better. Rusty was being cleaned with my Clorox wipes.

Staff were friendly..breakfast was good. The bed was uncomfortable and made noises when I got in and out. The bathroom ceiling had water damage and the tub had permanent stains which made it look dirty. And there was no ventilation it steamed up pretty bad.

It was clean and safe.

I stayed in room 409. While staying at the hotel the bathroom smelled like strong urine(pee) which caused a bad odor smell, sink and tub had visible black hair indicating it had not been cleaned. Also, the mini refrigerator had a stinky odor. Plus, they only put one towel in the double queen room. I reported this issue to the front desk. However, I could not be moved because the hotel was booked. The young lady at the desk came up to the room and smelled how bad the smell of the room was during my visit. The employee was very nice and felt bad because the cleaning staff was off duty and no more rooms were available.

Bathroom tub was painted and brown on cracks fridge didn't work door also was hard to close
