La gerente me compartió datos de su celular para poder avisar que estaba bien

Desayuno muy bueno y atención de las chicas excelente. La habitación y la limpieza muy buena.
Ubicación muy lejos de la playa, no coincide con lo q figura en la publicación del hotel. No tienen traslado al aeropuerto como ofrecen .

Cons:

Con la tormenta de la noche q estuve alojada, se inundó el hotel y nos quedamos sin ascensor hasta el lunes siguiente y sin WiFi. Fue muy angustiante no saber que pasaba al sonar la alarma a las 23hs del viernes 03/04/26, escuchando ruidos muy fuertes de agua en el baño sin saber q pasaba, quedando el hotel sin tv, sin teléfono para hablar con la recepción , sin WiFi y sin ascensor.
La gente de recepción no aportó datos de tours, lugares para visitar ni de opciones para trasladarme, no ayudó con la falta de WiFi. Me retiré del hotel 17.00hs y seguían sin WiFi

Excelente ubicación y servicio.
Pros:

La atención del personal. Y que me esperaran por dos porciones de pastafrola de membrillo. A mi novio le hubiera encantado. La ubicacion frente la a rambla y cerca a tantos lugares es perfecta. Volveré.
Tambien tuve un error con booking y mi fecha de check in y el equipo del hotel pudo solucionarmelo. Genios.

No hubo nada de lo que quejarme.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es ideal. El desayuno es bastante bueno y completo, y el personal a destacar su amabilidad. La cama es cómoda. La vista al mar es excepcional.

Cons:

Considero que para el precio, está bastante descuidado en cuanto a mantenimiento, dando aspecto de falta de limpieza. Las cortinas viejas y sucias, la ducha y grifería antigua, olor fuerte al ingresar a la habitación. El duchero es muy bajo. Con el baño sin una reforma y estos aspectos, la categoría cuatro estrellas le queda grande.

A very pleasant couple of days in the sun exploring local coast and the city beyond
Pros:

Breakfast simple continental self service adequate, location a little further from the beach than we expected, nice sea views though. Friendly helpful English speaking staff.

Cons:

Some reports we read said hotel very dirty, do not agree with that but it is a bit tired and could do with an update and makeover, particularly in the bathroom.

Une pépite face à la mer.
Pros:

Une très belle surprise de l’accueil à la chambre avec superbe vue en passant par le petit déjeuner. Les mauvais commentaires que j’ai lus sont très injustes. Très bon rapport qualité prix. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
