Une pépite face à la mer.
Pros:

Une très belle surprise de l’accueil à la chambre avec superbe vue en passant par le petit déjeuner. Les mauvais commentaires que j’ai lus sont très injustes. Très bon rapport qualité prix. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Da localização. É perto de vários restaurantes e a vista dos quartos de frente é muito bonita

Cons:

Da limpeza. A varanda estava abandonado. Tinha teias de aranha, plantas mortas e cocô de pombas. Mesmo pedindo para ser limpa, a sacada continuou suja. O banheiro, os metais sanitários eram velhos e alguns estavam quebrados. O quarto é pequeno e móveis precisam de uma manutenção. O café da manhã no máximo razoável.

Hotel No responde a un 4* !

La ubicación

Cons:

El hotel figura como 4* y no responde para nada con el estado en que se encuentran habitaciones y baños.
Cambiamos 3 veces de habitación porque le falta hacer un mantenimiento profundo a las instalaciones !
No entiendo como Mercure permite tener un hotel que le hace mala fama !

Pros:

Quarto razoável, mas com limpeza e manutenção deixando a desejar, e sequer o frigobar funcionou nos dias em que me hospedei.

Cons:

Limpeza não é das melhores, frigobar com defeito, lâmpadas queimadas e não tem estacionamento no hotel. Houve dias que tive dificuldade de encontrar vagas na avenida e ruas ao lado.

Precisa melhorar
Pros:

Pessoal que trabalha no hotel é muito simpático, localização é otima, frente à praia e próximo ao Shopping e Mercado. Café da manhã muito bom para o padrão do Uruguai.

Cons:

Precisa de manutenção. Ficamos na suíte no último andar de frente. Carpete sujo, blackout velho, não proteje mais da luz, duas espreguiçadeiras velhas na varanda (sem mesa), guarda corpo da varanda com teias de aranha (enferrujados), porta toalhas do banheiro caindo, vidros do quarto sujos. Enfim, falta um responsável para ver esses detalhes. Ficamos decepcionados por ser um hotel de bandeira internacional.
