Lage perfekt, das Hotel bräuchte mal eine Generalüberholung.

Check in und Check out unkompliziert.

Cons:

Unsauber. Treppenhaus schon lange nicht mehr gesaugt. Bad schlecht gereinigt. Das Frühstück für € 15,- pro Person ein Witz.

Direkt am Weihnachtsmarkt
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr zentraler. Noch besser ist es zur Weihnachtszeit, da das hotel direkt am Weihnachtsmarkt liegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick direkt auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt, was für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt hat.
Die zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das Bad wirkte recht neu.

Cons:

So toll das Zimmer direkt am Weihnachtsmarkt ist, durch den Weihnachtsmarkt war das Zimmer leider sehr hell und laut.
Das Zimmer lässt sich nicht gut abdunkeln.
Wir würden dennoch wieder zur Weihnachtszeit hier her da wir einen festen Schlaf haben.

Eingangsbereich und Rezeption sind sehr simple gestaltet.

We were right above the Christmas market, so the noise was horrible all night plus there was no Wi-Fi the whole time we were there and when you took a shower, the water ran into the bedroom. We had to barricade it with towels.

Kleine Mängel aber leicht zu beheben.

Also das Bett und die Bettwäsche waren sauber. Auch die Lage war fabelhaft. Gut war das dort ein Ventiltor zur Verfügung stand.
Das Restaurant sieht toll aus.
Pluspunkt definitiv das es kein Problem war das wir ein Glas aus dem Zimmer auf den Balkon gestellt haben mit Wasser für eine Taube die dort mit ihren Babys im Schatten saß.

Cons:

Das Bad war schmutzig , der Fußboden im Schlafraum ebenfalls.
Frische Handtücher wurden gefühlt nur aufs Bett geworfen. Der Müll wurde nicht leer gemacht und auch der Fußboden weder gesaugt gefegt noch gewischt. Er klebte extrem an manchen Stellen.
Schade das grad bei über 30°C nichtmal die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Kein Schild zum raushängen ob sauber gemacht werden soll oder nicht.

Der Herr bei der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Ich stand draußen auf dem Balkon (mit geschlossener tür zum Zimmer) und habe geraucht (fest installierter Aschenbecher am Geländer) und da hieß es in unfreundlicher Art das man es nicht darf. Da hätte ich mir einen freundlicheren Ton gewünscht und nicht vor den Gästen die unten im Restaurant sitzen so bloßgestellt zu werden.

Alles in allem würde ich dem Hotel aber noch eine Chance geben. Da mir die Lage gefallen hat und irgendwie hatten die Zimmer auch Charme.
Da meine Frau auch im Hotelgewerbe gearbeitet hat verstehe ich aber auch das immer mal Fehler passieren.
Ob’s an der Hitze oder Personalmangel oder oder liegt.
