Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr kalt.
Habe trotz mehrfacher persönlicher und schriftlicher und telefonischer Nachfrage keine Rechnung erhalten.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le centre ville. Parking souterrain très proche à pieds.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour visiter le Musée et le Dom. Parking à proximité pour 32 euros les 24 heures. Petit déjeuner parfait.

Cons:

Chauffage un peu "juste". Rideaux et stores peu occultants.

Pros:

Ontbijt was goed.Maar veel opruimgeluid terwijl wij nog aan t eten waren bij de bar die vlakbij is.Liever wachten tot je vertrokken bent .t was ook nog bhet is niet prettiginnen de ontbijt tijd.

Cons:

Het is niet prettig n uur voor aankomst mail te krijgen wat je moet doen als er geen personeel is om je kamersleutel te krijgen!
Ik zou 'n code krijgen om in te checken.
Die had ik nog niet gehad toen we aankwamen.
In zo'n groot hotel hoort personeel te zijn.
Uiteindelijk bleek iemand bereid om te helpen.
Nb.wij zijn 70 plus en verwachten zoiets niet,we kiezen n hotel en geen Airb&b.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Das Einchecken ist auch ohne Personal möglich.

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber. Die Zimmertür zum Zimmer kaputt. Das Waschbecken im Bad hatte einen Sprung und eine Delle. Die Klospülung war defekt. Die Möbel waren alle alt und unansehnlich. Durch die alten Fliesen am Boden hat das Zimmer sehr kalt und düster gewirkt. Die Jalousien, außen vor den Fenstern, waren heruntergekommen und kaum bedienbar. Die Putzfrau kam ins Zimmer, obwohl ein "Bitte nicht stören" Schild an der Tür hing. Auf den weißen Wänden hat man jegliche Spuren der letzten Jahre gesehen.
