Great location and a well set up room with hard floor

great location. I love the hard floor and my Manhattan sky city view
The two young and intelligent front desk team were simply wonderful! Great job for finding these kind, smart and considerate young people whom really set you apart from all the other competitor!

Cons:

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The street outside is full of trash, and on trash collection days, the smell is unbearable. The hotel is also very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. Inside, the hot water was inconsistent, and the fridge wasn’t working properly. On the last day, housekeeping didn’t come at all, so I had to clean and make my own room.

The front desk staff are kind and helpful to a certain extent, but that doesn’t make up for the other issues. This hotel is definitely not child-friendly, and transportation is inconvenient — Uber rides are very expensive, and the nearest subway requires a walk. While the room price is reasonable, it’s honestly not worth dealing with all these problems. I’d recommend booking elsewhere.
