It was good overall, quiet and comfy, secure parking. Could be a little cleaner.
Pros:

Coming beds and clean linens

Cons:

The grout inside the room was vey grimy and the pool had piles of salt/chemicals maybe in it.

Pros:

The bathroom needs to be renovated. The wallpaper was coming apart from the wall. The shower head barely put out a steady stream of water. Worse was bathroom floor. Couldn’t decide if it was dirty or severely stained.

After a day outside in 98-degree weather, we were looking forward to a nice swim in your pool. However, the air conditioner was not working in the pool area, and the pool room was overwhelming HOT!!

We paid Expedia and then the hotel charged us for the room. Now they won’t refund it. We are still fighting this. What a pain.

Comfortable and clean room for me and baby. You accomodated us with a crib. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel location. Friendly greeting by the front desk. Definitely will return in the future.

Pros:

We needed a Handicap room. I asked at checkin if we had one and she stated yes. Our room was over $170.00 and the room was larger but not handicap.
