The parking is VERY crowded and the parking lot is a DISASTER! The potholes and tight parking spaces, which were quite limited, made you nervous about having your car in their lot.

Just a quick overnighter and is everything is just as it always is at a TownePlace — consistently great. And as for those who fear the livestock smell, yes it is occasionally in the air… but it is nowhere inside the hotel or your room. So, worry not. The chocolate treat at check-in is a real surprise and a nice touch. We had the 2-Bedroom (Queens)/2-Bath (both with bath tubs) and it was very comfortable. There is an ice machine off the lobby, along with laundry and the fitness room. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, pre-packaged egg/cheese sandwiches, bacon, breads/bagels and individual milk cartons (fat-free, too) Thank you, GM Nichole for treating us like Marriott Bonvoy VIPs.

Clean hotel with comfortable rooms
The property was quiet but the refrigerator was huge and tv was small and n an awkward place to watch. Deadbolt did not work, thermostat did not work, bathroom door would not shut. Breakfast was really small and food ran out, for the size of the hotel the breakfast area should be bigger, not enough places to sit.

Wasn’t able to swim in the pool it was green. Need ice machines on other floors just not the main one.
They only have one cart to bring our bags and personal items to our room. When it’s in use we have to wait.
The hotel staff was the best! Great hospitality
Smelled like urine, carpet was also stained with urine ,room had an unpleasant smell overall. Sheets and towels were stained. Was very unsanitary
The room was spotless and very comfortable with the couch. The kitchen included a full size fridge, dishwasher and 2 burner stove as well as dishes and utensils. We were just there one night, but would definitely choose town place suites again-we chose it because it was pet friendly and were glad about that choice.
