Great Location for Pet Owners (especially with their first floor rooms!)
Pros:

We did an overnight trip to Portland and were impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel and great location. Unfortunately our normal hotel that we would stay at in the S Waterfront has declined in ratings so we were looking for another spot that was dog friendly.

This was great and appreciated it was a flat $100 per stay for our pets. It was convenient with a first floor room to be able stroll outside through the courtyard to walk the pups. The only tiny nit is the one nearby park with grass was not dog friendly. Self parking was in a neighborhood garage right behind the hotel and was just $14 by the time we checked out the following morning.

Great place
Pros:

Great hotel, good location in Pearl district close to all downtown. Staff was great especially Steve the valet! Good selection at breakfast and rooms are clean and well furnished.

Safe, family friendly stay!
Pros:

The room and hotel was very clean, breakfast was excellent, family friendly, nice property to walk, full length mirror, comfortable room, nice amenities, affordable street parking available, and friendly staff.

Cons:

There are yellow metal sheets that run the length of the windows, obscuring the views. The pool is small and there is not hot tub.

Tip to bottom a great place to stay
Pros:

Great place. Great free breakfast. All service was spot on and friendly and professional. Some really good people. The Valet was well run and fast. I will miss Robert the valet who was always quick with a one liner and a happy greeting. A all around wonderful experience.

Robert and Joe in the valet service were outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and very quick every time I needed my car. They went above and beyond to make things easy and convenient for me. I really appreciated their great attitude and excellent service. They both deserve the highest rating.
