Great hotel, awesome service!! Valet was amazing, friendly and professional.....Jasmine & Steven made us feel at ease with the responsibility of our vehicles! And Steven will even keep you entertained with a magic trick while your car is being retrieved!

Great hotel, great staff!

Great Portland Staycation
Pros:

I stayed here with my 2 big dogs and it worked out great! They have an enclosed courtyard that's perfect and safe for dogs and people to get some fresh air and walk around. The room was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils I needed, the bed was comfortable, and the lighting was great. Steven the valet, and Morgan at the front desk were both helpful and attentive. Lots of great retail and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.

Fabulous experience
Pros:

We had a lovely time and everyone who worked at the hotel was so so lovely. Particularly our valet driver Robert! He was always kind and incredibly friendly. He certainly has a magic about him☺️

A great experience
Pros:

A big shout out to the staff for a lovely stay experience while my husband and I relocated to Portland. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, dining room/bar, maintenance, and valet were kind and helpful. The whole valet team were great. One special mention of Rob in valet is warranted. He greeted me every day with a warm smile and "The best day of my life!" when I asked how his day was going. Thank you to the entire staff for a lovely experience.
