Pros:

Good location and the woman who checked us in was pleasant, however i can't say anything else good about the place

Cons:

The hotel needs a good deep clean throughout, and an update of all furniture, we were in town for a show at the opera house, we decided to travel home straight after the show and didn't stop at the hotel

Pros:

Room comfortable. Clean warm. Great location. Phew car parks available within 10 minutes walk. Wintergardens area withing walking distance.

There was no beer on daft only cans at £4 , no entertainment when it was advertised on the website , but no real issues , I believe they are new owners and they are trying , and I wish them all the success
