Lack of hair dryer or ironing facilities in the room, had to inform the staff about issue in room over stained bedding which smelt, overall impressions where the hotel needs updating, room decor was poor standard ...

Its not that we didn't like anything. It was kust the coffee making facilities, the milk was out of date.
The chap who greeted us and checked us in was a gem. Very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal we were going to a show at the viva
Extreme levels of noise, could not sleep for the noise from banging to music to what sounded like someone hovering outside our room door coughing at 4am. Room was VERY small space needs updating to utilise better shower was old and rusty refused to use it definately not worth the price we paid

The staff was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The outdoor seating area is absolutely charming and gives a cozy, home-like feel. The bar has a lively and fun atmosphere – definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy!
