Definitely would recommend for location and comfort
Pros:

Location was absolutely the best! Within 2-15 minutes walking of restaurants, pharmacy on the same block, Colosseum, everything. Roberto was a gracious property owner. Breakfast every morning was more than we could eat and delicious.

Cons:

Bathroom was smaller than expected but managed.

Great short break great hotel fantastic host.

Great breakfast and friendly staff close to the coliseum .plenty of restaurants and small supermarket also close to Metro station . Thank you to the Owner for finding my bank card and handing back to me in the morning. Special mention to lovely bath towel 🤩

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Mr. Roberto the Care Taker was extremely courteous.

Városnézésre tökéletes választás.
Pros:

A hotel egy különleges atmoszférájú, tiszta, mind a közlekedés, mind a látnivalók szempontjából rendkívül jó helyen lévő szálloda. A Colosseum kb. egy percre van, a metró 5-10 perc. A szálloda környékén több jó étterem, kávézó, fagyizó és egy 24 órás bolt is található.
A recepciós hölgy elképesztően segítőkész, kedves és figyelmes. A reggeli szokásos olasz, de nagyon bőséges.

Solidní ubytování kousek od Colossea
Pros:

Dobrá poloha cca 200m od Colossea. Malé, ale solidně vybavené pokoje. Dobrá restaurace přes ulici. Možnost parkování auta v garážích Colosseo cca 150m od hotelu. Jednoduchá servírovaná italská snídaně. Možnost posezení na střešní terase - ale 3 patra pěšky.

Cons:

Hotel bez výtahu, poměrně strmé schody.

Amei o hotel! A localização é perfeita, a menos de duas quadras do Coliseu, com vários restaurantes na mesma rua e até um Carrefour por perto, o que facilita muito a estadia. Os quartos são lindos, muito bem decorados, e o hotel inteiro é encantador, cheio de detalhes e muito charme. O café da manhã foi excelente, com ótima qualidade, e o rooftop com vista para o Coliseu é simplesmente especial. Foi uma experiência incrível.

Cons:

Não teve nada que eu não tenha gostado. A estadia foi excelente do início ao fim. Pretendo voltar a Roma e me hospedar novamente no mesmo hotel.

A charming hotel in a great location. It is located close to the Colosseum (and underground) as well as an easy 15 min walk to Roma Termini. The rooms itself were very authentically Italian meaning you always discovered something new
