Location, reception staff was very helpful and nice. There was a general earthquake real alert and they responded accordingly and made us feel safe

Encontré una cucaracha cada noche en el baño(de las pequeñas pero cucharacha aún). Pedí algo de insecticida para rociar yo misma pero no podían darme el que se usa porque al parecer era tóxico. Tive ganas de ir a comprarme uno pero ya no quise salir en la noche.
