Pros:

Decor uptodate. Provided a welcoming drink soft or alcohol on the 10th floor with great views of the mountains. Free tea/coffee available at reception. Access to the building via escalator but presently being serviced but an elevator is available just ask. Tv has movies available for a charge but there are Japanese channels also available.

Pros:

昔に5年以上前に一度泊まって・一人旅でしたがレストランで食べた食事確かバイキング料理だったと思います。食べ放題で美味しかった記憶に残るのと駅前の夜景🌃が綺麗でした、新幹線🚅ホームが見えて感動しました。
また訪れたいと思いました。

Pros:

とにかくスタッフが親切丁寧。ウェルカムドリンクはなんと5杯無料、眺望の良い10階のバーで地酒が堪能できます。更に夜鳴きそばも無料、レビューを書くと七味が貰えたり、朝食も付いておやきが食べられたり。とにかくお得すぎるホテル。チェックアウト後はフロントの人が外まで見送ってくれました。ロケーションも駅の目の前で最高！

Cons:

リノベーションされているものの、築年数は古く、痛みのある部分もありましたがキャストさんたちの接客の良さでカバー。唯一、朝食エリア空調が暑くて汗書く位だったのが残念でした。朝食に蕎麦がなかったのも残念。

The staff were amazing, location was great, room was clean and basic amenities offered were good.

Cons:

The double room was painfully small. It was definitely not enough for 2 people. There was barely any space between the bed and wall leading out to the door and bathroom. We had to request for an upgrade, and were lucky enough to have an available room. The twin room was much much bigger@
