落ち着けた
Pros:

駅から近いのに値段がお安めだった。アメニティでシャンプーバーや化粧水なども充実していた。スタッフの対応が丁寧だった

Excellent location, right opposite the station
Staff were very friendly
Good wifi
Despite being central, it was quiet
Nice amenities to take back to your room and I like the "shampoo bar"
I really like that you get 5 free (alcoholic) drinks in the bar, and you can also get free hot soba noodles every night
Nice relaxation area with massage chairs and manga
Washing machine and dryer worked well and was only 500 yen

非常に満足でした。機会があればまた泊めて頂きます。
Pros:

ロケーションがＪＲ長野駅に近く、バス乗り場や、長野電鉄（小布施に行きました）の入口にもすぐで、非常に便利。チェックイン、アウト時のスタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧でした。
ウェルカムドリンク（お酒もあり）や、夜食の時間帯に「夜泣きそば」の無料サービスがあり、美味しく頂きました。
チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも気持ちよく受けて頂けました。

Cons:

９０６号の宿泊でしたが、早朝に上階から音（足音）がするのが聞こえ気になりました。おそらく１０階の朝食スペースで準備をされているためと思いますが。
２階のエントランスには階段かエスカレーターで行くのですが、上りエスカレーターが修理中で使用できず、重たい荷物を階段で持ち上げるのが苦労でした（スタッフを呼べば良かったのですが）。下りエスカレーターが無いので膝が悪い方には優しくないですね。
ホテルの問題ではないのですが、夜に暴走族バイクの音が良く聞こえました。

食事がおいしい。スタッフの皆さんが大変懸命に働いておられる。駅前で利便性がよい

Cons:

朝食エリアの古さが気になる。部屋のユニットバスと部屋の床との段差が30センチ近くあって怖かった。

Pros:

駅から徒歩2分くらいでローケーションがよかった。追加の朝食はそこそこ品数がありどれも美味しかったです。
ロビーに追加のアメニティーがあり充実していた。
時間帯によって10階ラウンジでの各種アルコールのフリードリンクや夜泣きそばがありお得感があった。
フロントクラークの方は外国の方も含めて、みなさんとても親切でレベルが高かった。
2泊しましたが、特に不自由なく快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

バスタブはシャワーだけなら問題ないが、かがむとなると一苦労。かがむと立つときに手すりがあればいいなぁと思いました。
構造上どうしようもないと思いますが、禁煙ルームでも、バスルームを使うと、最初は時折、換気口からタバコのにおいがしました。

最高でした
Pros:

スタッフの方のおもてなしの気持ちが伝わってきて、気持ちのいい滞在になりました。
また、イベントで地元のお酒やリンゴジュース、お蕎麦を無料でいただくことが出来て、長野を満喫できました。
