I liked the hotel and its location.

Great area, seven eleven outside. Staff lovely and very helpful with everything. Good location as close to busy roads but not too close so it is quite at night time. Bed was uncomfortable but cannot complain for the price

We planned this trip in a shorter than usual time, and were on a slightly tighter budget. We normally book 4-Star, but based on other reviews and ratings on some hotel search engines decided to give this 3-Star hotel a try. For me the hotel selection had to meet the following criteria:
1) Location - To be walking distance to the Patong beach, OTOP and Jungceylon shopping center. The location is perfect for us, with 7/11 and Family mart shops within 50m too. It was also very easy easy to get taxis and transport within 50m. It is also close to Banzaan market and the rear entrance to Big-C.
2) Cost - Had to be good value for money: Absolutely nothing wrong here. It was one of the cheapest 3-Star hotels in Patong, with great selection of Western and local food for breakfast, Hotel also has free wifi and very friendly staff. When we booked our ferry trip to Phi-Phi they were als very helpful to print the tickets for us at reception.
3) Clean: This is a very clean hotel and I could genuinely not fault anything.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and has no regrets choosing this one for our trip. (travel dates: 18 Dec - 28 Dec 2018 / 6 people @ 3 rooms)

Nice hotel, clean big room, good house keeping crew, close to shopping mall, patong beach, and Bangla Road! The only negative is that no wifi available on 5th floor!

Room was nicely decorated and very clean.. However the hotel is far away frommain area so it was a long walk, either that or you can take the tuk tuk to travel. Just be careful not to be scammed by the tuk tuk drivers.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff and customer services are very unpleasant, they keep watch ipad and eating snacks and don't bother to acknowledge you. Although the hotel do provided the wifi, but it is unable to connect and, the staff only will ask you to try again five minutes later. Besides the bad services, the light in the room also very dim and the hygiene of the room is very poor, I even found cockroaches on my bed. In a word, this hotel definitely not a good choice.

We stayed in month of may and in a regular room. I was very imoressed with the ambience and style. They have balcony to enjoy at evening time doesnt have great view but best to relax and it is centrally located near to very other tourist attractive places. Breakfast choices are not much great but in this budget i was happy it was clean snd nice. We paid around 243dihram( around70$)for 3 nights

This hotel is quite OK if you need a place to spend a night or two and you don't want to spend to much.

The rooms are generally fine, but the bathrooms are already quite run down.

It's quite noisy,but not too bad.

The location is good, the staff/service is nice.

Don't expect too much....It's "you get what you pay for"

前台2个女生都会点中文，服务员非常热情好客有礼貌床睡得非常舒服，夜晚也很安静。不足的是浴室设计不合理，有小小的小强，门锁是旧式钥匙锁，容易忘记锁门，还有就是最便宜跟最贵的房才有阳台，总得来说100分起码有80分，挺不错的一间酒店，出门不到80米的路口就有全家跟7-11，走路去班赞跟江西冷都非常近，也就10分钟左右路程。值得推荐

Great location for exploring! Good value too, would stay here again if came back to the area.

Just two quibles: unless you are really early breakfast will be cold as they dont bother with the hot plates and housekeeping can be a bit loud.

Stayed 5 nights Dec. 30, 2016 to Jan. 4, 2017. Nice looking, nicely furnished hotel on what, for Patong (a town that never sleeps) is a quiet side street. About 1 km walk to the beach, and 1 km walk to Bangla Road.

Desk staff were very helpful in tracking down a bag the airline had misplaced, really went the extra mile. Rented a scooter from them for 250 Baht daily. Set me up with a good ferry booker for my next leg.

Good breakfast included. Paid 2000 Baht/day. Had a 3d floor room on the street side, which is the side you want.

Absolutely would stay again. Unequivocally recommend.

Nice Hotel we stayed in our journey. good location, walk distance to the shopping mall and patong night market.
worth price for comfortable stay including breakfast, the breakfast is so great!! variety of food can choose based on your favor. we love it!

Stayed there for one night and staffs were kind enough to help us with our needs. They weren't so friendly though. Rooms were big and cheap with basic necessities but do note that they do not provide toothbrush. The room was comfortable and the location was near all the night markets and attraction if you rent a bike to go around.

Overall I would probably come back if I drop by Patong, Phuket.

非常糟糕的酒店，位置很偏，房间有大串的蟑螂！办理前台冷漠无理，入住时非要看入境卡，态度也非常傲慢无理，有歧视中国人的强烈意识，永不推荐入住！

位置还可以，夜班机到达用来过渡住一晚，隔壁有七仔，所以也还方便。走去江西冷有点路程，大概十多分钟吧，天气好的话，慢慢走也不错，离沙滩也要走十多分钟，所以比较适合过渡性居住。

It's easy to find the hotel and not far from patong walking night street. Juat 10 min walk

Stayed at Siralanna Phuket for two nights last week. Very affordable. Buffet breakfast selection was a bit of a let down but I guess you get what you pay for. Room was however rather large and the main hall of the hotel was nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean although the shower had a tendency to leak all over the floor for some reason
