Staff is friendly and helpful. Room hallway is warm without aircon.

Location is good. However, they only give one hotel key. It is abit inconvenient if you are going with friends. Because we may not be returning to the hotel together

This hotel is awesome! I stayed for 4 nights. Everything is great except at night can hear cars. If you can sleep through noise, it's fine. For me I have no problem sleeping. Bed is comfortable too. Nothing much on TV but we have WiFi for our phones to watch shows. The hotel staffs are very friendly. The lady who showed us our room was friendly. Especially this one guy at the counter who is super cheerful and greets us with enthusiasm everytime we see him! I didn't manage to get his name but he will sometimes have lunch with his wife and daughter outside the hotel. It is a very warming sight. Do look out for him when you stay at this hotel! He is super helpful!! This hotel is at the massage lane so every night it is very convenient to massage daily. It is also near sabx2 wanton mee and Platinum mall. Evern if you want to taxi/Grab to Siam/Chatuchak/night markets, the traffic is okay and easy to get taxis. There are 7-11s nearby too for supplies. Highly recommended!

Everything is good.

Quite noisy at night with sounds of vehicles and tuk tuk cars on the road. Toilet has a smell. Location is however very good

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great although can be noisy at night with it being on the main road. We had a couple of problems with the room but they were quickly sorted out by the staff. Our safe box did not work but was replaced, we had ants in the room near the coffee/tea making facilities (staff suggested it could have been from poor housekeeping and not being cleaned properly after previous guest) and the pipe to the shower head had cracked meaning the water pressure was very low. There were two cooked dishes along with rice each day for breakfast but were cold.

Have been to many hotels in that area but this Hotel is awesome. With a good budget, one can choose to stay here while enjoying shopping in the area.

Luxury residential. Close to restaurant. Stunning sea view.

货不对办，选了四个人同住的家庭房，在询问邮件里只说明住在另一条街，却没说明住的地方是背包客栈，当据理力争的时候却坚持四个月前预订的价钱就是住在背包客栈的价钱，如果要住在这里的话得额外加钱，同时所居住的地方介于晚上到早晨都有股臭味，拉了管理员来房间里来看，除了说会拿清香剂来喷洒之外就没有其他的办法，可时间一到臭味还是不请自来。

Occupied 2 rooms on level 2, having the whole level by ourselves. Clean and spacious room(upgraded for us). Friendly staff and perfect location(opposite Platinum mall). Good massage place beside hotel, highly recommend 'Siam Thai Spa'.

Plus: great location! Few mins walk to platinum mall and amari watergate (for gentlemen who would like to tailor shirts). Street food is around and the row of massage parlors is just right beside. Friendly service staff with reasonable understanding of english. Am ok to do without room slippers and toothbrush etc. due to the cheap price.
Minus: I had a basic but value-for-money room, but visited my friend's room and that was way smaller (both rooms are meant for 2 pax). Not recommended for people who need quiet sleep as you can constantly hear cars driving past at night when you are trying to get sleep.

Nice hotel, close to metro and skytrain, great terrace for breakfast. Could have been great, BUT... I had a terrible smell in my bathroom and had to change room after one night. The other room was ok. Staff handled it wess, but it was obvious that they knew about the problem. The whole hotel smells funny, I have never seen so many air fresheners in the same location before...

The room is very small, difficult to move around. But the location of hotel is just perfect.

We went there not at the right time, is because, there is a opposition protection happening during our stay.

A great budget hotel with friendly owner & staff at a superb location.
