All was great
Proximity to Westfield.
The bed was comfy
The location is very convenient, close by to the Miranda Westfield shopping centre with plenty of choices for restaurants to eat or take away.
The bathroom is not a bad size but it is very outdated - there is very little space on the basin sink to leave toiletries (suggest installing a small shelf). The shower squeaked with the hot water turned on and the hot water tap needed to be turned on almost the entire way around to get a decent flow of water.
The soap/shampoo dispensers are terrible to use...

We had a medical appointment in Miranda and the hotel was close to the train station, the appointment and the shops
The room opened up to an outdoor area which was really dirty with mouldy concrete and pot plants that where almost dead. The tap in the bathroom dripped and there was mould in the bathroom
Miranda Metro is very central. It is near Westfield Miranda for shopping and near the train station to get around the Sutherland Shire. The Metro had everything we needed for our stay.
The rooms were a bit stuffy and I was glad we had a balcony room so we could open the door and get fresh air. Wifi was a bit sporadic. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the stay.
The staff were great, the parking was simple and very handy, the room was clean and comfortable, the city view from the balcony was a bonus surprise. Incredible value for money.
I couldn't get sound on the TV, but I barely even had it on and I did not request staff to address it- I'm sure it was something simple.
It was perfect for our stay. Friendly staff. Close to where we needed to go. There are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. Room supplied with all you need, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery, etc. Elevator to all floors. Parking on premises included. We will stay again when in the area.

It just worked. I arrived knowing nothing about the area or hotel, everything worked, it was all easy with nothing finicky or annoying. The view was great, even just over roofs and trees.
The hotel is old, and it's showing. The curtains didn't close, and the noise from outside was pretty loud. Ut was clean, but it's starting to suffer from old architecture issues like hard to clean corners, and materials that aren't easy to maintain.
Good communication. The day I stayed, they had to close the reception early. They called me efficiently and gave me all the essential information.
