いい所もありますが…
Pros:

自販機ルームに漫画が大量にあり楽しめそうです。駅からも近く、少し歩くとコンビニもあるので深夜でも大丈夫です。
立地はよいですね

Cons:

掃除が出来ていない。湯船に前の客の髪の毛が残っており、入るのをためらった。30年以上前、前系列のホテルだった時に宿泊した記憶があるので、かなり古い建物である。その為壁が薄い。隣の客のイビキがうるさくてさらに壁に反響してかボリュームアップされて寝れなかった。

Pros:

アパホテルと思って予約しましたが、違うホテルでびっくりしました。しかし、すごく素敵なホテルでした。子供も一緒だったからなのか、小さいベッドがもう1つある部屋にしたいただけて、快適に過ごす事ができました。また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きたいです。ありがとうございました。

よかったです
Pros:

チェックインの時、子供用の歯ブラシとスリッパが頂けたのでとても助かりました。
駅が近く、飲食店も沢山あり夕食に困ることはありませんでした。

少し寒かったです。
Pros:

空調が効きすぎていて少し寒かったです。暑いよりはよかったかとは思いますが。
シングルの部屋に無理やりベッドが２つ詰め込んであった感じだったので、ベッドは１つでよかったかなと思いました。

可もなく不可もなくといった感じです。せっかくコーヒーサーバーがあるのにウエルカムドリンク用で朝の提供が無いのが残念でした。従業員の対応は丁寧にで良かったです。

飲み会時に利用しました。24時間玄関&フロントが開いている点、とても便利に感じました。駐車料金込み、繁華街も近く便利なのでまた利用したいと思います。

アポアホテルになってから、サービスが、低下しているように思う。 湯沸しポットは、フロントに申し込まないと使えない事。
室内に常備すべきでは？

浴槽も湯を張ると、黒いゴミが数多く浮いていた。朝方にも2回目の湯を入れたがが、やはりおなじょうなゴミが浮いていた。

部屋は、喫煙しか空いてなかったが、禁煙室を希望していたら、禁煙の部屋を手配してくださり感謝でした。

Pros:

Hotel staff were excellent. Lobby and general presentation was satisfactory. Rooms are extremely dated and in massive need of a renovation. Room rates reflect the current condition of the hotel, however. So, travelers probably know what to expect.

Close to the station and appropriate for Japanese business travelers but not foreign tourists, I think.
