Nothing everything perfect
The room was huge. It faced the street so it was a bit noisy. The AC was also loud so that helped drown the outside sound. The room felt a but basic and tired but clean. The shower water pressure was good. The staff wete really friendly and helpful. There was a cafe in the lobby area but I didn’t try it. You can also hear the other guests at times. You pay more for the location than anything.
Location is #1 thing here. This hotel is at walking distance from Bangla street which is one of the main attractions in Phuket. Restaurants, clubs, money exchange, massage parlors all are nearby. There is also Jungceylon shopping mall at walking distance from this hotel.
Staff is excellent to deal with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to Bangla street.
We needed up finding better stay at a more affordable price.
Staff is helpful and best part its near to bangla street and their bar and restaurant is available 24/7

Cleaning ok
Room was not good. A bad smell was inside the room coming from toilet. I completed but not solved. Bad smell was there . They know but not change room or interested to talk about that problem. No windows to see light from outside. One window was inside but that was not secure to use that was inside the lobby. Totally dark room. My family and myself was upset about that bad smell and without window to see daylight.

Room was very basic compared to other hotels for same price
It is close to night life, bar at the hotel is open I think 24 hours and you can have a beer in good price. It looks that hotel have many regular customers. The food was good. Good price
AC was laud and it takes time before it make whole room cold, no lift

Location good, small and compact rooms.
Staff lacked coordination. I booked an early morning taxi through them to avoid any rush at the airport. Their agency didn’t respond and I had to run and pay more for the airport taxi.
