Very happy with our stay and many thanks to all the staff who work so hard to make it special.
Pros:

Everything was really good, great staff in every area, good restaurant and good food. All facilities worked as they should and poolside room was ideal. Recommend this hotel highly we will return.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like, as a suggestion perhaps a handrail to enter and exit the pool would be a good idea.

A great stay
Pros:

The pool was great. We were impress by the generous portions from the onsite restaurant and the food was good. The friendliness of the staff was great. The room was clean.

Cons:

I would recommend that they refresh the coffee. During breakfast the coffee was very strong and dark. Even though our room was nice the paint needed refreshing as well as the decor. Our son room was on the same side and floor but seem much nice. Our ref in our room was rusted inside and really needs to be change. I would recommend that the molded drywall at the end of the second floor ceiling be changed out immediately. The only other thing was we were told that we could use the bar. However, when we attempted we were then told it was a private bar for special guests which was disappointing as it was our wedding anniversary and wanted to end the night with a nice drink to celebrate. The other thing i would hope the hotel management would provide rugs when getting out of the shower as well as a anti slip mat in the shower.

Convenient place to stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good staff were fantastic. a nice place just needs a little upgrade/replacements of things in the room

Cons:

Room was a little old and dirty and the toilet didn't work they did come a fix it, but was broken again the next morning
