We had a pleasant stay but not amazing for peak prices
Pros:

Relaxed and informal, large room (301), loved the restaurant for inclusive breakfast and there was an extensive menu for lunch and daytime drinks. Proximity to Market Village was a bonus, with great shops for our young adult children, otherwise they would have been bored here.

Cons:

The external grounds and some internal areas are tired and in need of renovation. Very quiet in the evenings with nothing beachside after about 7 pm. Wish the bar on the roof terrace had been open - we were there over Xmas and surprised to find it empty and closed as would have been a great vibe up there and the only place for a sundowner as the restaurant area below is all in the shade after 4pm. Sea was rough- we were expecting lots of beachside bars in the vicinity but walked about 500m in each direction and there was only one.

Cons:

La location de lits et de parasols à la clientèle extérieure de l’hôtel fait que la plage devant l’hôtel est surpeuplée contrairement aux autres hôtels.
Aucun service au niveau de la piscine et de la terrasse tout le personnel s’occupe de la plage.

Well worth booking
Pros:

This hotel is well situated in Hau Hin within walking distance to the centre and right next to shopping village mall the staff are very friendly professional and helpful the restaurant staff will make you any dish you fancy that are not on the menu example omelette fried eggs on toast all served by again friendly professional staff we have stayed in five star hotels before in thialand veranda Lodge is 4 stars but our room was definitely 5 star roomy cleaned every day with clean towels even beech towels and without a doubt the very very large double bed was the most comfortable that myself and my partner have ever slept in I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Cons:

Exterior whilst clean is rather dated and could do with some TLC but this did not spoil our stay

Pros:

Beach in front of resort was very good and the location was excellent. Breakfast was ok,, but rather limited in choice. The staff were excellent.

Pros:

We loved the position of the hotel; right on the beach. The restaurant was great for a relaxed meal and a beer, overlooking the sea. The garden chalets were really comfortable, though the garden itself would benefit from a bit of a spice up. Lovely staff.
