Was good value and great location. But certainly not 5 star.
Pros:

Room was a great size, with kitchen and laundry facilities.

Cons:

Needs attention. Multiple things broken in the apartment. Severe rucking in the carpet and bathrooms need a deep clean and re-grout.
Photos were a little misleading, featured a pool, but did not exist.

Pleasant - but the room needs some attention
Pros:

Location was fantastic. A short walk to Woolies and bottle shops, along with plenty of food options. Public transport also very easily accessible.

Cons:

The apartment didn't look like the photos of the room on our confirmation.

Beds were very small and like trampolines- not overly comfortable.

Air conditioning did not work well in bedrooms, so we were hot at night.

Room was somewhat clean - though the walls and skirting boards really need a decent clean. And the windows and glass balustrade were very dirty. The apartment lacks basic kitchen items - there were 3 coffee mugs for four of us....and no plug for the kitchen sink to wash dishes.

Check in was fine - the gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful, however the office is not open all the time. We prearranged to store our luggage on our last day, and then the gentleman arrived to let us in at reception, he was very rude and not friendly at all. He did state he had waited for someone to check in at 2am but they didn't turn up. Understandably, I'd be annoyed too- but that was not our fault.

Great group stay in Docklands
Pros:

Really nice apartment, great view of the river, they also let us check in early ☺️

Nothing to stop the main bathroom from flooding when using the shower

Docklands delight
Pros:

The apartment was perfect size. It was well equipped for our short stay. The view from main bedroom & living room was STUNNING!!!

Nice apartment, good location. We will book it again
Pros:

Nice location, very quiet and peaceful, we can see the river from our balcony. IGA is just next door and there is an asian shop across the road. The view from the room was amazing. A lot of restaurants and cafe close by. We booked 2 bedrooms unit, it was spacious. We caught the tram to the city centre and it's free zone.

Great accommodation in an excellent location — close to public transport, shops, and plenty of restaurants. The key pick-up process was simple and convenient, making check-in stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable base.

Very Expensive

Great location beautiful view

Cons:

The fellow who lives below our accommodation wanted us to walk softly on the floor as they live there permanently. We had only just arrived. We message to ask where the recycling was never got an answer. The lounge in our apartment needed replacing as it was broken

Pros:

We loved the location - a beautiful and quiet suburb beside the Dockside harbour. A very easy tram ride into central Melbourne. We came for the Australian open and it was a real repreve from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne.
