Great location. Disgustingly filthy inside.

The location is amazing.

Cons:

It was disgustingly inside. They literally changed the beds and that’s it. It was grimy and filthy everywhere.

The closeness to the tram was amazing
Restaurants nearby which meant we didn't have to travel to dine out - could go by foot and be there within 1 minute

The fellow who lives below our accommodation wanted us to walk softly on the floor as they live there permanently. We had only just arrived. We message to ask where the recycling was never got an answer. The lounge in our apartment needed replacing as it was broken

Pros:

We loved the location - a beautiful and quiet suburb beside the Dockside harbour. A very easy tram ride into central Melbourne. We came for the Australian open and it was a real repreve from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne.

Some of the facilities weren’t working ( lift was broken had to use staircase). Some of the features are very worn ( couch needs replacing, tv didn’t work well, taps need fixing)

Excellent emplacement et bel appartement. Rapport qualité prix excellent.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie. Un Woolworth a deux pas et la ligne de métro toute proche.

Was good and easy to get where we needed to go! So close to everything
