Pros:

La struttura è stupenda, pulita, così come lo sono anche le stanze, la posizione è invidiabile, la colazione in camera top, ma soprattutto la gentilezza e la professionalità del signor Gildo è ciò che non dimenticheremo mai, siamo stati solo due giorni nella splendida Venezia ma sono stati due giorni indimenticabili, nonostante il caldo torrido!

la chambre était grande, impeccable avec baignoire/jacuzzi! En plein centre de Venice.

I guess I would stay there again, but not before checking other places around the same price point.
Pros:

It was in a great location being close to a vaporetto stop. We were in a suite which was nice due to the space we had. There was plenty of storage and it was well organized. The staff were helpful and could speak perfect English.

Cons:

The hotel itself was a little tired. Getting breakfast delivered to the room ws odd, I would have preferred to eat in a dining room. There was supposed to be a bar but I never saw it open and got the feeling that it was discouraged to ask.

Best staff - if you can this is the place to stay in Venice
Pros:

I cannot stress enough, no matter how much I would write about how wonderful the staff are. I spend over 100 nights per year in 4 and 5 star hotels, I can honestly say this is the best staff I have ever met! They will go way and beyond to insure you have the best experience. I dare you to challenge them - they will pleasantly surprise you.

Cons:

The one thing that was a bit of a problem 2/3 nights we were there, our room was right above an area with two restaurants and close to a vaporetto and gondola station. Sometimes the noise outside was so loud as if they were right next to you.
