Castelo 🏰... decoração.... sala de cinema.... sala do café ☕ ... piscina e banheiras....sauna seca e vapor.... natureza....salas temáticas.... Adega.... Pavão....

Cons:

No geral gostei muito. Não gostei muito da distância pra quem vai de transporte público....fica difícil ir pro centro. Uber caro. Então se programe com antecedência .

Esperava mais em função do preço cobrado.

O hotel é muito bonito e entrega o que promete em relação a ser um estabelecimento diferente e estilizado.

Cons:

As instalações estão mal cuidadas, o elevador está desativado, o estabelecimento não te oferece guarda-chuva e no trajeto da recepção até os apartamentos os hóspedes tomam chuva. As toalhas estão muito surradas e encardidas.

Cons:

Cheguei o rapaz que me atendeu não estava achando minha reserva. Demorou uns 20 min, tive que buscar a data que fiz a reserva no aplicativo do banco. Após resolvido o meu quarto ficava do outro lado e tivemos que sair na chuva para chegar até o quarto ( nenhum funcionário te acompanha), não tem guarda- chuvas disponíveis para um local para o outro ( em locais não cobertos).
O quarto estava aberto , a tranca não estava funcionando e tivemos que solicitar para arrumar.
Dá pra ouvir hóspedes de outro quarto roncando rsrsrs.
O esgoto faz uns barulhos estranhos rsrsrsrs. Até brinquei falando que era o "mal andando pelos encanamentos dos castelo".
