Castelo maravilhoso, mas não é acolhedor!

O Castelo é lindíssimo. Muito a explorar e cada espaço tem aquele detalhe uau. É realmente belíssimo. Vale a visita.

Cons:

O Castelo parece meio abandonado. O local é frio, tem lareiras espalhadas por todo o hotel, mas nenhuma acesa. É mais frio dentro do hotel do que fora. Não é acolhedor. Tudo que tem é para apreciar, não há nenhum espaço para o hóspede curtir. Há várias salas de chá, mas não há chá, há sala de lareira, mas com a lareira apagada, enfim, não é um lugar para de aconchegar.
As instalações são antigas, no quarto que ficamos o aquecedor era barulhento e não aquecia bem. Foi uma pena.

Uma coisa é ser vintage, outra é faltar manutenção!

Cons:

Além da estrutura faltar um olhar mais cuidadoso na manutenção das instalações e ser fora de mão, cheguei tarde e um funcionário foi gentil de me permitir o check out às 12:30h.
As 12:00h do dia da saída, o telefone da acomodação tocou, com uma funcionária avisando que era para a gente sair agora, porque se não sair será cobrado outra diária. Achei uma falta de empatia enorme, visto que nunca fui tão maltratada em nenhum outro hotel do mundo. Nota zero para essa funcionária!

Gostamos muito do café da manhã que é bem completo e das instalações de piscina, ofurô e sauna, um verdadeiro SPA. O quarto também é bem espaçoso ( ficamos no primeiro andar dentro do castelo).

Cons:

Poderiam solicitar para as meninas não varrerem os tapetes dos andares acima do salão de café da manhã na hora do café da manhã, pois a poeira desce toda para o salão enquanto estamos comendo. ( Aconteceu apenas uma vez em nossa estadia)

Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable. Il y avait du choix. Le personnel était attentionné et la chambre était spacieuse. L’extérieur de l’hôtel était aussi magnifique.

Cons:

Les installations sanitaires et la climatisation ont un grand besoin de manutention. La climatisation était brouillante et il y avait une fuite d’eau dans les toilettes. La salle à manger n’était pas climatisée et il faisait très froid à l’intérieur.

A experiência é muito legal, mas não voltamos para uma segunda estadia.
Pros:

O padrão castelo é realmente muito legal e muito diferente. Gostei mais da massagem que o hotel oferece (com custo) e a área das piscinas aquecidas.

Cons:

Não achei os funcionários tão receptivos. O meu quarto não estava 100% limpo e achei um preço absurdo que eles cobram para deixar o quarto decorado (estávamos celebrando aniversário de casamento). Era somente 2 balões de coração, uma caixinha de chocolate e “pétalas” de flores que nem são originais pra ter um valor tão elevado.
