The villa was in a great location, close to everything you need. Two awesome cafes close by.
Pros:

The villa was great, exactly what we expected. The villa’s pool facilities were great and the beds were comfy.

Cons:

Very nit-picky but we were expecting two single beds for the kids but they we’re fine to sleep together in the double bed.

It wasn’t really value for money, I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The food and staff were nice and it was in a pretty nice location.

Cons:

Our villa was a little grotty and we didn’t immediately feel comfortable there, such as the walls up the staircase and the walls in the bedrooms & kitchen had visible splash marks and marks up them. We had other family members join us in another villa through AQ-VA and their villa was significantly better, I mean I would consider us to be in a 3 star and they were in a 5 star yet we paid the same so that was frustrating.

Отель подойдет для коротких поездок, для тех кто планирует жить долго- можно легко найти отель лучше за те же деньги.
Pros:

Персонал очень дружелюбный и старается решить проблемы гостя, но не всегда может этого сделать. Расположение хорошее.

Cons:

Заселили в номер над рестораном. В итоге каждый день просыпалась в 7 утра, шумно невероятно. Два раза обращалась к персоналу за заменой номера. Жила 3 недели и видела, что номера заселены на 40%. В предоставлении другого номера было отказано. Мебель старая, полотенца белые, но совсем не белые, а серые, приносить в номер в пятнах , полотенца требуют полной замены. Кнопка унитаза была сломана и приходилось каждый раз поправлять, крючок для полотенец сломан. Кухня- зависит от повара кто на смене. Отель подойдет для коротких поездок, для тех кто планирует жить долго- можно легко найти отель лучше за те же деньги.

Clean villa

Cons:

Phone lines didn’t work for reception/room service, served drinks in standard plastic cups, not very nice. Long walk through construction areas to villa from bar/reception.
No steps into pool, just a ladder, hard with baby to swim.

I love this hotel, I have stayed 4 or 5 times and i will be back next year
Pros:

The rooms are huge, really well appointed and the food from the restaurant is better than any food in the area.

Avoid staying here if you can
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

No hot water for the shower, when I called reception about it they told me to wait until tomorrow to have a shower… The bath towels were stained with black and brown lines. The bed sheets were also stained with yellow patches. There is no lift and we were staying on the third floor. The air con is very noisy and is not cold even when set to the lowest temperature. Very outdated “hotel”.
