Amara Resort Hua Hin

Rooms were quite modern and clean. Lovely breakfast to order which I prefer to buffet style. Stayed January 25 and would stay longer but fully booked.In a great location on soi 94 close to bars and restaurants. No noticeable noise issues at night.

The live band played until midnight near my hotel didn't like but the curfew was 1 I think which was good vs Pattaya.

Amara Resort is modern and clean hotel with a beautiful garden and pool area.

Our room was very spacious and was kept very clean.

The location is good if you want to go to pubs at night. But if you want to go to sleep early it's not the best because of the noise from the pub street.

Fabulous pool, abundant breakfast, garden, clean room, great position. Short walk to beaches and two night markets. Five min ride to downtown. The service is exceptional, from security in the carpark to chefs and dining and bar staff and reception. Special thanks to Mook. All the staff are professional, polite and enthusiastic. They are fun, helpful and operate with alacrity. Thank you.

Very good people and very good service and staff

Great value for money. Room was a bit tired, although clean. Air con was great. Maid’s, breakfast and reception staff were all very friendly. Outside area at the rear very dusty, due to proximity to road,

Very nice resort in lovely surroundings close to everything in Hua Hin. Big, clean rooms; very good wifi. Also has an excellent terrace cafe with the best coffee in Soi 94. Lots of parking for motorbikes or cars. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Great location next to restaurant's and pubs and shops

Stay was nice

We stayed in a standard room and I must say it is a very good size and also has a balcony and also a back room which has a sink and drying rack for the drying stuff after the beach. The room is ample in size they do have more upmarket rooms which look rather new. This is a well looked after resort and has ample parking spaces. The breakfast was nice and in a very pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend and stay here again. The breakfast is a select what you want not a buffet but I ate the scramble eggs 3 mornings.

Amara is a well appointed resort. Rooms are simple but decorated with taste spacious, convenient and newly renovated. The public area is full of greeneries and they are growing some organic products in the back. It is ideally located along a street full of cafés, restaurants, bars, massage and at walking distance from both major malls and a beautiful part of Hua Hin beach.
The highlight is however from the team, thanks to Pi Noi who was an attentive host able to accommodate each of our requests, but also Khun Porn, Pim and Ole from the housekeeping crew who did an amazing job and Por Piang who was a great game partner for our little boy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and I would definitely recommend staying at Amara.

The room overall is fine. The reception desk is closed too early. Breakfast isn’t buffet but a dish which isn’t enough and if we want another dish, we have to pay extra.

We stayed at Amara Resort for 14 nights April to early May. Where to begin! Warm welcome on arrival very helpful and we asked to change rooms this was no problem and made sure our safe was working. The staff were lovely and really make the hotel. Everyone says hello, checked up on us to make sure everything in our room was ok, and would always talk to you and so friendly. We had breakfast included and there was good variety with tea coffee and fruit also. breakfast always cooked perfect and fresh - we had lunch from the cafe one day and very nice too. The room was basic but had everything we needed and was a good size - very comfy bed. Even for 14 nights it was a good room. Cleaned daily, fresh towels (some days with flowers on top which was lovely) and coffee topped up for the kettle. The resort has a lovely pool and gardens, lots of flowers and wildlife. Plenty of seating and swings to sit on. There was cats and a dog at the hotel that was so friendly and it honestly made the hotel felt like home - especially staying for two weeks. Location wise - ideal. Soi 94 is a good area to be in whilst in Hua Hin, close to the market village, the beach entrance is right opposite the end of the road and plenty of restaurants and convenience shops around. You can easily get a taxi or tuk tuk to nearby attractions and there is plenty to see! We checked out very early in the morning so we never got to say goodbye properly to the staff but just want to say thank you again Amara for looking after us during our stay - we will absolutely be back! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and the price was just right (£400 for 14 nights and breakfast on booking.com)

Fantastic service from the moment we arrived. We checked in quite late and the first thing the receptionist asked is had we had some dinner? 24/7 room service was an excellent addition. The room was very clean and spacious and we had a great view of the pool area. Staff, food, drinks everything was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel.
