Booked higher category room - Luxe room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The spacious bathroom and shower was really nice.

They had a buffer dinner the spread was decent and the food was okay. Breakfast spread is also nice.

Centrally located with ample car parking space. Overall value for money!

I stayed at Ginger Jaipur with my wife and child for two nights, choosing the hotel based on past positive experiences with the Ginger brand and favourable reviews. Unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations.

The location is convenient, but that was the only positive. There was no luggage assistance on arrival, and the reception on the third floor was inconvenient. At check-in, no information was provided about hotel facilities or services.

The room was poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues and a damp smell. Tea cups were stained, and basic amenities like spoons were missing. The bathroom condition was unacceptable, with worn towels, mould, a non-functional exhaust initially, and a faulty drainage system that caused water to collect on the floor throughout the stay.

Requests for room change or re-cleaning were not handled well, and follow-ups were poor. Although housekeeping eventually cleaned the room properly, the bathroom drainage issue remained unresolved.

The restaurant is small and understaffed, with limited food options. Room service and breakfast service lacked basic attention to detail, and overall food quality was below average.

Considering the service, maintenance, and pricing, the stay did not offer value for money. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and peaceful.

A special appreciation for Soumya, the Restaurant Supervisor. He was exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ensured that guests were well taken care of. His professionalism, warm behavior, and commitment to service truly stood out. The dining experience felt smooth and enjoyable because of his efforts.

Ginger is a good budget-friendly property conveniently located within the city. The rooms were cozy, though cleanliness could be improved. The restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced, while the breakfast buffet, though limited in variety, was still satisfying. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

I had a very disappointing dinner buffet experience at Ginger Hotel, Jaipur. The overall quality of food was far below expectations. Many dishes lacked freshness and flavor, while several items were served cold, making them unappetizing. The biggest concern was the uncooked chicken, which was unsafe and completely unacceptable at a reputed hotel. Even the vegetarian options tasted bland and poorly prepared. Service staff seemed indifferent, and there was no effort to address the complaints raised. For the price charged, the experience felt extremely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking good food or hospitality standards.

I stayed with my wife and daughter for the very first time, and it turned out to be the best choice! The hotel is ideally located—close to the famous markets and just a short ride to Amer Mahal, which made our sightseeing so convenient.
A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Rani and Ms. Archana for their warm hospitality and ever-smiling faces – they truly made us feel at home. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable.
We also loved the restaurant on the 6th floor – spacious seating with a pleasant ambiance. The breakfast buffet was awesome and full of tasty options. Special thanks to Mr. Pawan and his team for the excellent service.

Excellent and very warm staff, especially Saily and Rani at the front desk. Value for money experience. Perfectly located near the heart of the city. Well equipped fitness centre great for a quick workout while on a trip. Restaurant team is very thoughtful as well. Immediately offered service at the outdoors seeing we were admiring rain in middle of the scorching weather.

The rooms as always were very clean . The staff very helpful and co operative. The stay all in all was great. Food was also good.!We stayed for one night and it was very comfortable. The room size is also quite good and cleanluness is upto the mark.
