Very disappointing — I paid in advance, confirmed my arrival, and was still denied my room.
Pros:

I paid $80 for one night at Motel 6 through Booking.com. I called them at night to let them know I would be arriving in the morning, and the person I spoke with confirmed it was okay. However, when I arrived, they refused to let me check into my room. They said I had to arrive before 5 PM the previous day, and since I didn’t, I could no longer access the room—even though I had already paid.

Cons:

Despite paying $80 and calling ahead to confirm that I would be arriving early in the morning, they didn’t let me check into my room. After a long drive, I was left wandering the streets with nowhere to stay.

I'll skip it next time.
Pros:

Location off the freeway was convenient. I had a room towards the surface street and freeway noise was minimum. Outside facilities seemed well kept. Staff was friendly. Parking was adequate. Restaurants were within walking distance. It seemed like a safe area.

Cons:

I've stayed in a many a Hotel 6's and this one ranks the lowest as far as what I found inside the room. First, there was no bed spread. Only some very tiered sheets and an old blanket. Luckily had brought my own blanket, and slept on that. Second, the bath towels were stained and actually had, dare I say it, some questionable hair in it that fell inside the shower when I shook out the towel. The bed had a very funny indentation in it like it was old and worn out. But surprisingly, it was fairly comfortable. The floor had a number of deep scratches in it. There was no way to dim the lights in the room. I had reserved a single queen size room. But the room was much smaller than I expected. Only the bathroom, tub/shower were decent.

It’s smelled like pee in the first room then the back of the motel has people and there kids living it it so the changed our room to the back of the motel and kids children in the room next to me was jumping and screaming at night intell 4am..

It was nerve-wracking
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff went out of their way to provide us a downstairs room with parking close.

Cons:

There was a loud incident with a woman suffering a mental health crisis which made us a little uneasy taking the room, but we thought the staff had dealt with it--until it happened again in the middle of the night. Also there was a man sitting all night in a car parked next to ours, making it awkward to go out and get things from the car late at night.
