They should check the room as a shower gel was not put in the bathroom so when I went for bath I was inconvenienced.
Also , the toilet pot can be made white by pouring harpic every time guests depart & get it brushed inside .

Housekeeping
At night, when I needed a blanket & water it was delivered after 45 minutes, when I asked at the reception they said only 1 boy was available , after charging a premium price one expects that the hotel has more employees .
The same happened in the morning, i asked for water bottles They didn't arrive for an hour so I had to remind them ,after that I got water .

The staff is really polite,helpful & smiling , if the above 2 points are taken care of ratings will increase .

Pros:

The whole team at temple were really good, very helpful, polite and courteous at all times, even though we had booked a standard room the hotel upgraded our room with us even asking, that is called looking after your guests.
At the time of our stay my wife had started fasting for Navratri and the restuarant manager ensured that there was special breakfast for her. The whole waiting staff were really good, a specially Aditi who really looked after us.
We would definitely go back.

Pros:

Staying at Temple tree for past 7 years whenever we visit Shirdi. It's comfortable, location is good but the game changer is staff. Very warm, helpful and always smiling. Eager to help you out and being to be part of a good host. I should mention Arvind, Alone, Sunami and Aditi who stand out for their warm hospitality. After Radisson takeover, the place has improved multifold and kudos to that. Only suggestion would be to get old staff back like Arvind who were pillars of hotel hospitality.
Would strongly recommend this place as it's our favorite for past 7 years.

Cons:

Get mix of old and new staff. They are the face of hotel and regular customer associate with good staff. Happy you could get Aditi back. Wish you can get Arvind too.
