Well maintained property and good staff . Good food and facilities.
It's little far from temple. But they provide free pickup and drop facility for temple darshan

The dinner was a disaster.Esp the bissibelle rice which did not taste at all like the actual dish..It is a South Indian dish made by an Orissa chef. So was the junka. But the chef came an apologised amd gave us complimentary tricolor desert and some cookies.
The worst experience was check in. When we reached at 2pm, room was not ready. We needed to rush for darshan
A Mr Abhishek said he will give us a free upgrade and will transfer our luggage to the room by the time we are back. When we returned at 6pm, the luggage was as it is near a pillar in the centre of the lobby.There was an icebox and my meds too
A second bad experience was a Mr Krish who I had spoken to the day prior to my arrival.He had said to contact him in case of any issue. Unfortunately neither on 15th or 16th he answered the phone to listen to our woes.

Some bathroom mirrors had mould.
Breakfasts spread super duper. However the dinner we had can be better on the Ala Carte.
Late lunch we had on the arrival the Ala Carte we ordered could be better especially spice levels can be less please.
The lobby manager was excellent. The staff at reception was some what slow but the staff at restaurant was perfect and the food was exceptional. Need minor correction to score 100%. I will sincerely recommend the stay to my family and friends
Speed of front desk. when delay is there and you wait the guests to wait no welcome drink or water which is not expected from the otherwise exceptional hotel.
