Next to my room they were doing renovation work. The reception ladies were not polite and very rude.
They should not hire those kind of people.
The front desk should be aiming face and more over humble people.

Was a very blissful experience for our family
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and polite.Breakfast was excellent as usual and the staff at the restaurant was very hospitable and always smiling which makes for a good experience

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing some renovation and I got to know that the management is going to change so was a little less cleanliness in the room.overall was a good experience as this is our favourite hotel in Shirdi.

Pathetic- Not worth calling it a stay. Recommend travellers to book other options in Shirdi.
Pros:

I did not like anything.

Cons:

The entire Hotel was under renovation, and restaurant was makeshift - we were not informed of anything before, room tariffs were high as usual, without any proper amenities.

Radisson should not call this their property as I have stayed in Radisson properties in India and abroad, and this property does not suit the Radisson label.
