Pros:

Dans le centre historique

Cons:

- 20 minutes à attendre à la réception avant que quelqu’un vienne
- chambre humide +++++++ (moisissures au mur avec traces d’eau, air humide)
- il y avait encore un savon des précédent occupants de la chambre dans le porte savon de la douche
- les draps et la nappe de la table étaient tachés
Et nous n’avions pas la chambre economique ! Alors je n’imagine pas l’état des chambres standards! Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas les quatre étoiles !!!! A fuir !!!!! Le pire hôtel de nos 15j de vacances en Italie (et nous avons changé tous les soirs!)
Ps : retirez le parking de votre annonce!! :
L’établissement signale un parking qui n’existe pas. Une galère pour se garer et quand nous avons enfin trouvé une place… la voiture avait disparu à la fourrière le lendemain !!!

Hanno confermato arrivo ore 16 circa senza comunicarmi che le vie per raggiungere hotel erano chiuse a causa del carnevale storico, di conseguenza ho dovuto aspettare in macchina per circa due ore, bastava avvisare sarei arrivato dopo le 18, ovviamente, come disse il vigile al blocco, sapevano benissimo che era impossibile transitare. Menefreghismo.
