Det hade blivit något fel vid bokningen så vi fick ej bo på detta hotell, utan flyttades till ett av deras andra Clearhouse hotell en bit bort. Jättefint hotell. Nytt och fräscht rum. Fin pool. Ingen extra kostnad. Lite snopet först men vi blev jättenöjda när vi såg det andra hotellet. Förstår att detta har hänt flera som bokat detta hotell.

Saknar sänglampa och brödrost. Sängen var mycket skön, bör vara 2 täcken dock. Personalen var mycket trevliga, läget var bästa tänkbara.

On a oublié des jouets dans la chambre et nous sommes revenus l'après midi et on nous a dit qu'ils ont rien retrouvé ??????? Vérifier bien votre chambre quand vous partez...
Personnel ne parle pas bien l'anglais donc c'est dure de se faire comprendre des fois....

Bed was a bit hard. Everything else as expected!!!

We were shocked to arrive at the Hotel (11pm) and found the whole place was shut down. Luckily we managed to get thru a phone number listed on the glass door, waited a while, for a staff to pick us up and send us to their sister’s hotel.

We had stayed at Clear House twice before and it was fantastic; the rooms have been maintained well and it is still a very cozy and quiet place to stay even
though you are right on the main beach road. The only difference this time is that the previous couple (Bee and her husband) that managed the guesthouse — which were super friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English — have been replaced by staff that can barely speak any English. I asked the lady if I could get a receipt for the room and she replied, "Sunny tomorrow.." We had are two year old son with us and she was very cold towards him; and whenever I asked her for something (like an umbrella or stroller), she bluntly answered "No". We came back to Clear House because we loved the atmosphere that the previous caretakers created, which was friendly and caring. Will we be back? Unfortunately, probably not. The quality of the staff is just not on par anymore.

Nice place to stay! Great location next to really nice restaurants and the beach.

Due to an undisclosed problem I never got stay here.I was placed in the companies main hotel.The room I was given instead was excellent,on the opposite side of the complex above main reception.However due to a very noisy private farm across from the I did check out early.I’m guessing the room I got was maybe for managers/owners/special guests wanting more privacy.
So overall,disappointed I lost my first choice but can’t complain with the replacement and me being a light sleeper.

I enjoyed my stay, it was great having a casual walk to the beach every day for a swim in the warm water m laying in the warm sand

It's worth of the price, even more than you may expect.

Stayed one day on the back from krabi to Bangkok. Very nice and clean room

Room was cleaned everyday. Free water & reasonably priced minibar. Tea & Coffee making facility topped up everyday. Staff were very helpful in respect to late check in & arranging early taxi to airport.
