Pros:

The manager, Michelle, was excellent. She was very helpful and in person. The pool grounds are amazing. Hot tub, cold plunge, fire pits, cabanas, and saunas. Great breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband says, let’s come back here!
Pros:

It was so quiet and peaceful. Staff were really nice. Good breakfast. It was clean as well. Great value

This is a fun place with wonderful people but I won’t be back
Pros:

The people were exceptional going above and beyond to be helpful to me. This is a very 40’s Hollywood vibe which is fun

Cons:

Couldn’t get hot water out of sink. Bedside tables, attached to wall, and too far from bed for me to reach from bed. A/C made repeated grinding sounds for 10 seconds or so several times an hour. Location of plugs made charging devices difficult. while pet friendly, there was no real accommodation for my dog.

Exceptional Boutique Hotel
Pros:

This place is special. There is everything you need and a cozy cool VIBE in the rooms and in the very private poolside courtyard. They provide everything like cabanas, dry sauna , cold plunge pool, snacks and drinks by the pool for no extra cost. The rooms are decorated perfectly retro and they provide luxury amenities inside. HIGHLY recommend!! And a great and quiet location.

Great little boutique hotel for a short stay in Palm Springs.
Pros:

This was our second stay. This time in a suite. The room size was nice and I liked having the day bed area to lounge in. The breakfast is adequate, nicely served on a tray around the property. We used the jacuzzi, which was warm. Although the jets were a bit weak. I liked having L’Occitane bath products. It’s close to downtown Palm Springs within a 10 minute drive.

Cons:

We ordered “avocado” toast which is extra. I think it was more like thin guacamole than avocado. We could have used some paper plates and utensils for the room so we could enjoy our snacks.

Coffee in morning. Get a good coffee maker for guests so they don’t have to wait and then get lukewarm bad coffee

Pros:

What a happy surprise! This small boutique hotel surpassed my expectations. It had great decor, beautiful landscape, excellent amenities, and a nice breakfast! The staff was helpful and responsive. I used the pool and hot tub and the cold dip the most as the sauna took too long to heat up. It was a romantic little get away, and I really appreciated it being adults only so the pool was quiet and serene instead of a hot mess of screaming and splashing kids.

Cons:

I wish the sauna had been turned on as soon as we booked our last minute reservation.
