NOT a "deluxe" villa; abysmal value for money; unresponsive and absent management
Cons:

There should be clarity that Deluxe villas are NOT "deluxe", on the contrary, they are below standard. They are simple triple rooms, with very limited space for beds; the information about the number and size of beds is misleading (they cannot accommodate two single beds and one king bed - they barely have space for three single beds). The space is also allocated inefficiently (instead of having space for people, there is space for an entry, which is not part of the real room). Do not expect a "deluxe" room. Our experience with Villa N. 4 is that hot water and heating did not work properly, ruining most of our stay, and with the management being unresponsive to our complaints and requests. More generally, if by chance you encounter problems, do not expect the reception and management to be responsive to your needs; they will only suggest referring you to booking.com (unfortunately, booking.com does not appear to have any power with them, so probably it is not worth using to book anyway). In short, if you are lucky enough to find a room that works and avoid a deluxe villa, you may get a chance. But this is a low-reliability structure, not what you would expect based on the number of stars and the price paid. My advice is to go to a different place if you wish to avoid any headaches and frustrations. The value for money is abysmal. Management should be available for customers when there are problems. At the reception in the mornings, there should be a person who can speak with foreign customers - it is unacceptable that English is not spoken at the reception of a 5-star structure.
