Pros:

Noi abbiamo prenotato la villa ed era spettacolare, grande camera, patio privato, doccia walk in grande e vasca enorme. Bellissima struttura in una posizione fantastica. In più è presente una sauna, piscina interna ed esterna. Colazione super abbondante e davvero buona. Il personale è molto gentile, peccato solo che tra tutti solo un ragazzo parla inglese.

Pros:

O hotel é incrível!!! Quartos espaçosos e o banheiro nem se fala!! Vista maravilhosas para um café da manhã espetacular. Linda piscina coberta e descoberta, saunas, enfim só tenho elogios ao lugar!

Die Anlage war sehr schön angelegt, aber das war es auch schon.

Cons:

Die Hygiene und die Ausstattung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schmutzige fenster, fleckige Bettwäsche, staub überall, Haare im Bad, der Whirlpool unantastbar verdreckt, sowie die Terrasse und Gartenmöbel mit kot verdreckt (es laufen überall Füchse rum). Möbel abgewohnt und Fliegengitter kaputt. Das Frühstück war maximal 3 sterne Niveau. Wir sind ein Tag eher abgereist, da ein Gespräch mit dem Management (der sich verleugnen ließ) nicht möglich war. Es gab kein Geld zurück und auch die folgende Nacht haben wir voll bezahlt, obwohl wir abgereist sind. Bitte dieses Hotel meiden! Es gibt KEIN Management im Hintergrund.

Quarto amplo, bem decorado, banheiro maravilhoso

Cons:

O café da manhã, está bem aquém do nível do hotel, pouca opção, sempre do mesmo, não tem um pão gostoso, nem opções de frutas, castanhas, amêndoas, omelete etc são coisas que encontramos maioria dos hotéis deste nível e que fez falta aqui. Café expresso só se pagar 8 mil pesos, no quarto não existe uma cafeteira. Realmente eles precisam melhorar. Engraçado é que no jantar no próprio restaurante do hotel eles servem um pão maravilhoso, não entendemos porque este pão não está no café da manhã. Só porque o café da manhã já está incluso? Espero que eles leiam esta reclamação e melhorem isto já que o café da manhã é um momento esperado quando se hospeda em um hotel desta categoria.

Increíble lugar!
Pros:

Las instalaciones son increíbles. La Vila tiene todo lo necesario. El lugar es muy agradable. Las camas son cómodas. La ducha, increíble.

Cons:

No me parece oportuno, por el precio de la habitación, que cobre por usar las bicicletas. Debería estar incluido, cin reserva previa.
