Increíble lugar!
Pros:

Las instalaciones son increíbles. La Vila tiene todo lo necesario. El lugar es muy agradable. Las camas son cómodas. La ducha, increíble.

Cons:

No me parece oportuno, por el precio de la habitación, que cobre por usar las bicicletas. Debería estar incluido, cin reserva previa.

Pagas por un 5 estrellas pero te alojas en un 4 !
Cons:

La propiedad tiene desgaste y falta de mantenimiento , suciedad , los muebles y accesorios de cocina en mal estado ! El desayuno pésimo , te tenes que pagar aparte el café de máquina , solo te dan de jarra (nunca visto en un 5 estrellas ) los amenities del baño de pésima calidad .
De cortesía solo 1 agua en la Vila , si querías café costo extra ( nunca visto en 5 estrellas ) El personal amable pero sin poder de decisión, pedí hablar con el gerente a lo cual
Me contestaron , no se puede molestar es fin de semana y no viene al hotel ( pensé que era una broma pero no era real)
No picaron pulgas ! Tampoco es chiste ,parecía una pesadilla con mi marido picados .
No lo recomiendo en absoluto nos sentimos estafados , miren fotos reales antes de elegir algo .
