Very enjoyable. Perfect for sightseeing. Staff were fantastic especially the lady behind the bar.
Pros:

The location was perfect for seeing the city. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bar and reception was comfortable. The pool area was clean and made a pleasant start to the day.

Cons:

Porter trolleys left in reception area was not great.

Pros:

Clean, large room, walk in closet with safe.

Cons:

Pool heater has been broken for 3 weeks. I booked the hotel because it had a pool but only a polar bear could enjoy it.

I’m writing to share feedback about my stay, as it fell well below expectations.

Service throughout was slow, and several interactions felt unprofessional—particularly with the housekeeping staff, who were repeatedly rude. The elevators also were not functioning properly during my stay, and at least one was out of service.

Breakfast service was extremely slow. Even a single cappuccino took 20–30 minutes to arrive, and it seemed the team was understaffed, which impacted the overall experience.

The most disappointing moment happened at checkout: a cleaner came to my room and, in a very rude manner, told me to leave because it was checkout time. The approach was unnecessary and made the departure feel unpleasant.

I’m sharing this because I expected a higher level of service and hospitality. I would appreciate your review of these issues and a response regarding how you plan to address them.

Very good and enjoyable and we hope the hotel stays open for a long time.
Pros:

Service was excellent. Very good team of people, very responsive and polite. We liked the room because it was spacious, had lots of light and a nice little balcony.

Cons:

The room was drafty, it needed new windows. It also needed more outlets. The internet in the room was very weak. The hotel clearly needed a hand of paint and new elevators. The swimming pool is fabulous but many tiles are broken. Generally, the hotel needs some revamping.
