I’m writing to share feedback about my stay, as it fell well below expectations.

Service throughout was slow, and several interactions felt unprofessional—particularly with the housekeeping staff, who were repeatedly rude. The elevators also were not functioning properly during my stay, and at least one was out of service.

Breakfast service was extremely slow. Even a single cappuccino took 20–30 minutes to arrive, and it seemed the team was understaffed, which impacted the overall experience.

The most disappointing moment happened at checkout: a cleaner came to my room and, in a very rude manner, told me to leave because it was checkout time. The approach was unnecessary and made the departure feel unpleasant.

I’m sharing this because I expected a higher level of service and hospitality. I would appreciate your review of these issues and a response regarding how you plan to address them.

Very good and enjoyable and we hope the hotel stays open for a long time.
Pros:

Service was excellent. Very good team of people, very responsive and polite. We liked the room because it was spacious, had lots of light and a nice little balcony.

Cons:

The room was drafty, it needed new windows. It also needed more outlets. The internet in the room was very weak. The hotel clearly needed a hand of paint and new elevators. The swimming pool is fabulous but many tiles are broken. Generally, the hotel needs some revamping.

Really good hotel for your life!
Pros:

I would like to highlight the large, spacious rooms. I was also pleasantly surprised by the wide range of amenities for everyday living. There is a stove, a large refrigerator, and a full set of kitchenware, including pots, pans, forks, knives, a can opener, a whisk, plates, and all the necessary dishes. In addition, there is dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher with detergent pods, rubber gloves, and even a brand-new sponge in its original packaging. Everything needed for daily living was provided, which made the stay especially comfortable.

The location is quite convenient, quiet, and not noisy. Both the rooms and the lobby are fairly modern, with good-quality renovations. The bathroom is pleasant as well. Overall, the place left a very positive and enjoyable impression.

Cons:

As for the downsides, it seemed that the room was not thoroughly dusted, as dust was noticeable on the dark furniture. Upon check-in, not all towels were provided, and several basic amenities were missing. For example, we never received toothbrushes during our four-day stay. I am aware that additional items can be requested free of charge, but I chose to purchase my own instead. On the second day, an extra towel was added once it was clear that there were three guests.

Aside from these minor issues, I did not notice any significant drawbacks, and overall my impression of the stay remained largely positive!

Bon séjour grâce à la gentillesse du personnel extraordinaire
Pros:

J’ai adoré l’emplacement à 10’ à pied du madison stadium, le stade de NY et tout près de tout en général mais tout à fait au calme loin du quartier vulgaire de Times Square. J’ai adoré l’ambiance et les petits détails comme la coffee station le matin ainsi que la piscine.
Cela pourrait être LE boutique hotel de NY s’il n’y avait pas les détails auxquels il faut remédier.

Cons:

En arrivant quand j’ai vu l’ascenseur défraîchi, j’ai eu très peur. Ce n’est définitivement plus un 5 *.
D’abord la salle de bains: mal éclairée et pas très fonctionnelle: pas de place pour poser ses affaires, pas de lampe au-dessus du miroir. Juste pas possible!
Ensuite, le même commentaire vaut pour la chambre: pas bien éclairée et donc pas trop bien nettoyée non plus….mis à part la cuisine qui brillait mais que l’on n’a pas utilisée.
Le lit est bon, mais les oreillers très durs….
Ce que je regrette surtout c’est qu’on a oublié de faire notre chambre alors qu’une fois on est sortis après 10:30 sans mettre l’étiquette make up my room.
