Wij kregen een grotere kamer dan verwacht! Personeel was heel vriendelijk

Cons:

Het bed was super hard & we kussens dan weer wat minder.. Het straatlawaai was ook enorm luid in kamer 118.. En wij miste een haardroger in de badkamer.

On s'est fait agressé par la réceptionniste de nuit. On est entrés pour l'enregistrement et tout de suite elle a répliqué que la carte bancaire était volée, fraude etc...Puis demande notre nom et elle s'excuse car c'était pas les bonnes personnes. Elle aurait pu commencer par demander le nom. Manque de professionnalisme, manque de respect. En ce qui concerne la propreté ça n'était pas top non plus, une touffe de cheveux pendait au shampoing et cheveux accrochés à la toilette. Du jamais vu et pour notre famille qui voyage bcp, ca sera la dernière fois dans un hôtel de la chaîne Accor. Et pourtant nous prennions chaque fois de ibis ou des mercure mais là j'ai halluciné. Fini.

Cons:

La propreté dans la douche. Cheveux et élastique de l'ancienne cliente.
Lors du Check in, on ne voulait pas m'accepter car j'avais soi-disant une carte volée. Puis en demandant mon nom et après vérification, ce n'était pas moi qui était concernée. Je pense qu'il faut vraiment bien vérifier avant d'accuser la personne.

Zum Plopsaland sinds nur 5 Minuten. De Panne selbst ist ziemlich hässlich.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht mehr.
