雰囲気のある歴史的な建物、部屋も趣きがある。ゆえにエレベーターは無く、バッグを持ちながらの階段の昇降が難しかったが、親切なスタッフが助けてくれた。
見晴らしのよいフェリー港も近く、小さな食事処やカフェもたくさんあり、朝の散歩も安全だった。

The room i have stayed in was not in corner hot hotel as i have booked but it was in next door building .although the room was spacious and clean but the bad smell at the entrance of the building and bathroom was repellent

Personel gayet ilgiliydi.
Otel temizdi.
Otoparkı yok, bitişiğinde enteresan tiplerin işlettiği bir otopark var ve inanılmaz pahalı.
Odaya çıkarkenki merdivenleri biraz dar, eski bir yapı zaten.
Boğaz manzarası yok ama köprüyü görüyor.
Konumu inanılmaz iyi.

I stayed in Ortaköy many times before but never stayed at this hotel.

It has an excellent location, just a very short walk from the main area. It’s also very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Hotel is traditional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They came to check on the room every day and made sure everything was good!

Room was big and well appointed.

this a hotel that takes its responsibilities very seriously, and tries to deliver a good service!

I will be coming back here on my next trip to Istanbul!

Pros:

Very near to the famous square with nice personel. There is a valet parking next to the hotel but a little expensive. However if you are willing to walk there are plenty of parking options.

I was at the pera room and the view was marvelous.

Ali the main staff was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it’s convenient to the tourist spots and also amazing staff. Ali helped me on what train ride I have to go and also he helped me book a taxi at 5am. Amazing people and glad I stayed at this hotel.

Sehr süßes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal. Die Zimmer haben alle Namen nach den Stadtvierteln von Istanbul. Ich war im Sultanahmet einquartiert. Als Alleinreisende hab ich das kleinste Zimmer bekommen, aber für 3 Nächte ganz ok.

Temiz, güzel kokulu, Ortaköyün nabzında bir bireysel yer. Ortaköy iskelesi yürüyerek 5 dakika. Ortaköyden Arnavutköy kadar sahilde yürüdüm. Mülemmeldi. Eğer bir daha Ortaköye gelirsem yine orayı seçerim.

Otele ulaştığımda karşılaştığım personeller ilgili ve kibardı. Oda gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Tek sorun kaldığım gece üst katta kalan misafirlerin taşkınlık yapması nedeni ile zor ve rahatsız edici bir gece geçirdim. Sabah uyandığımda uğurlarken bunun için özürde bulundular ve açıklama yaptılar. Güvenle kalabileceğiniz bir yer olduğunu düşünüyorum. Konumu oldukça iyi bir noktada. İstanbul seyahatlerimde tekrar tercih edebilirim
