The space was nice and comfortable
Having to pay a deposit because I had a local address

The tiles on the floor popping up with black dirty grout. Carpets and doors were dingy
The hotel overall was ok. It was a tad dingy with older felling carpets and scratches all over the doors. The tile floors in our room were all popping up and had black dirty grout. I kept my house shoes on. The location is close to several restaurants and target. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. Probably would try to find something a tad nicer next time I'm in the area.
Stayed here one night while passing through town. We’re usually a fan of the Marriott brand and find their online information fairly accurate however this was not the case. The room had an unpleasant odor, and was a dated awkward layout. Several lights were not working. The bathroom door did not latch properly and the handle was installed backwards so that you could lock it from the bedroom side, not the bathroom side. Turning on the air conditioning at bedtime the unit was so loud. It sounded like there was a diesel truck running in the room, between that and the noisy refrigerator that would click on and off all night didn’t make for a good night sleep. The only positive would be the room appeared to be fairly clean.

Although, your policy that clean the room every other day, if you take out trash and bring clean towels as needed every day, it will be much better
