It's was comfortable

Cons:

We were going to dinner at firebirds, but we could not get to the mall from the hotel because there was an event at the event center. We had to go out a fire door, through another fire door that led to the mall. The hall was the backside of the stores. Should not have to leave the hotel to get to the mall. That was one of the reasons I chose that hotel.

We were charged mean extra 20.00 and no reason given. Tried calling and will not let you talk with a customer service representative to find out the extra charge.

Pros:

The suite was spacious and comfortable. We used the living area to watch a game and found crumbs and food on the small table. I also used the extra blanket to get cozy on the couch. I found a press on fingernail and some weird sticker on the blanket. We would return, but would like there to be more attention to detail in the cleanliness department.
