Cleanliness, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast offerings. Other than hard boiled eggs, no meat and scrambled eggs or other protein choices, other than some in granola bars and yogurt.
Beds were comfy, hallways were clean.
I asked prior to arrival about a rollaway bed but never received a response. The front desk person was clearly annoyed by checking me in. I had a kidney stone and just sat in the car for 7 hours so was not especially cheerful myself but did smile and speak nicely. She spoke condescendingly and was obviously bothered by waiting for me to fumble with my wallet finding the correct credit card (there was no one waiting behind me and it was a matter of a few extra seconds). I forgot to mention at the time we had a cat with us so went back inside to pay the fee. It couldn’t be added to the room for whatever reason so I paid cash but again that seemed like a hassle for her.
I asked the next day to change our credit card on file since my husband had arrived by then with the card we wished to use (rewards card). I was told the entire stay was cashed out in full at the time of check in. I have NEVER heard of such a thing but that explains why the pet fee could not be added. Not convenient but not a huge deal for us, however it could be for others wanting charges placed on a different card.
Breakfast was extremely sparse.
I did not feel as though the room was clean upon arrival but I tend to be judgmental of cleanliness. On the last morning, I started to wash in the shower and noticed a brown spot on my washcloth. Hoping it was a stain, I wet the cloth…it was BLOOD! Which told me the towels were not replaced after the previous guests. Otherwise how would a dried drop of blood, not from my family, get onto a “fresh” washcloth?! There was also a long black hair on the shower wall that did not belong to my family.

The pleasant stay started when we walked in the door. The front desk woman was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The lobby area was very clean as were other indoor public areas. Our room had two queen beds on the third floor. The room was extremely clean and the beds/pillows very comfortable. The location is right off of the highway and in what appears to be a safe area. Included continental breakfast items- cereals, bagels, bread, English muffins, waffle maker, yogurt, and other grab and go items. Great stay for a quick overnight stopover,
It was easy to find, right off the main drag.

Hotel was Smokey, dirty, moldy, and hit. We didn’t even stay two nights it was so bad for the kids.
