As a Platinum Accor Plus member, I was very satisfied with my stay at Ibis Styles Jakarta Airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I received a great upgrade to a large, spacious room, and the private shuttle in a premium car was a fantastic touch. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended for a comfortable and efficient airport stay!

one of the strategically hotel around SHIA.. price wise, cukup terjangkau utk kamar dgn view runway pesawat ((aku ambil dlx room)). pre-arrival until departure went smooth. The check in process took about less than 5mins and yet i've received all the informations v well.. the staff ms. Fira, was so helpful and polite and handiness. the food and the drinks in the restaurant was pretty good, the staff was very helpful also, thx for taking care of me and my fams during our stay.! will defjntely come back

I had a great time staying on this hotel for about six days straight and would highly recommend for some of my friends. All of the staff are helpful and kind. So clean so good and would like to cameback if time permits

Kudos to the hotel staff who arranged my airport pickup — they were able to accommodate a sudden schedule change smoothly. Special thanks to Pak Diki, the shuttle driver, who was very friendly and helpful throughout the ride.

The check-in process was fast and completely hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long day.

However, I was quite dissatisfied with the food from Streats Restaurant, specifically the nasi goreng Streats. Although the restaurant staff were very accommodating with my diet requirements (no shrimp), the fried rice itself was disappointing. I believe the kitchen was quite busy at that time, as the food arrived about 30 minutes later, and the fried rice looked like it had been reheated multiple times from room temperature. The texture was hard and not soft or fragrant like fried rice should be.

For breakfast, my first impression was “meh,” but I was pleasantly surprised. The fried fish with Padang sauce, nasi uduk, and fried rice were actually delicious. The chef at the egg station was also very friendly and tried his best to accommodate our requests.

As for the room, I hope the hotel can consider adding more lighting, and also address the damp smell that was noticeable when entering.

Overall, great service from the staff, but the food quality during room dining needs improvement.

The hotel reception team (Lams) was so helpful assisting foreigner for any traveling issue with politely response. I was so satisfied for their hospitality and services. Hope it helps for anyone here

My stay was amazing! The staff were super kind and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was really comfy. The reception was helpful when i stay there. The location is perfect and everything feels well taken care of.

I had such a wonderful experience! The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the therapist really took the time to focus on my sore areas. The pressure was perfect, the room was clean and calming, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend if you need to unwind and recharge.

The hotel is very well located if you are on a transit. Good breakfast and possibility to have a nice massage with kind people.

The atmosphere is most welcoming and the pool is a very nice area. Lovely outdoor seating and has a wonderful massage spa on site.

Staff very friendly

Stayed during an overnight layover at CGK airport. The rooms are decent - modern and typical of an ibis. It was good to see the hotel making an effort on environmental matters - for instance rather than providing individual bottles of water a re-usable carafe was provided which can be refilled from the many filtered water dispensers. There were problems however. The gym equipment was very old and either completely broken or not functioning properly. The air conditioning in the gym seemed to be broken which was unsatisfactory given the heat and humidity. My experience in the restaurant was extremely poor. The food was of poor quality and the service was slow and inefficient despite the restaurant being fairly quiet. Half the rooms overlook the pool/terrace area, and loud live music was playing from this area until after 9.00pm. Whilst this would not normally be too late for music, and did not disturb me, it seemed a strange choice for an airport hotel where people have early flights and/or atypical sleeping patterns.
