Categories

Cleanliness
5.2
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms, but there was a serious mould/paint issue (multiple room changes, strong smell) and comments about worn towels and deteriorated areas.
Service
7.6
Generally friendly and helpful staff and attentive reception; however some operational issues (shuttle scheduling, insistence on pre-paying breakfast with no refund, unusual security handling during room changes) lowered consistency.
Location
9.3
Consistently praised for being very close to the airport with short, inexpensive rides and a free shuttle — ideal for transit stays (one comment noted it took longer than expected to reach the airport).
Room Quality
6.6
Rooms described as comfortable with good beds by several guests, but others noted small/deteriorated rooms, hot AC or malfunctioning units, and inconsistent upkeep.
Amenities
6.4
Key amenities like a free airport shuttle and breakfast are available, but shuttle hours are restrictive, parking requires validation to avoid fees, and on-site dining options received mixed to negative feedback.
Value for Money
7.6
Many guests found the hotel good value for a short transit stay near the airport; a few noted the breakfast and some services didn’t match expectations for the price.
Food and Beverage
6.1
Breakfast described as adequate/copious by several guests but others found it mediocre; at least one guest had a very poor evening meal experience and another reported a disagreement over prepaid breakfast refunds.
Overall Experience
8
Overall a convenient, friendly and good-value airport hotel for transit stays — location and staff are positives, though cleanliness and some F&B/service issues temper the experience.

Pros:

Soggiorno ibis Styles eccellente
Pros:

Staff sempre disponibile
camera accogliente, pulita e completa di tutto (bollitore, phone, Dental kit)
Servizio navetta aereporto eccellente
Posizione ottima per aereporto e alcune attrazioni nelle vicinanze distanti 15/17 minuti in auto

Cons:

Nothing to write
Pros:

Nothing to tell... below my expectation!

Cons:

Everything about this place. The entire place has degraded from the last time I came here. I will NOT be going to this hotel anymore!
