Pros:

We had a very long transit starting almost midnight and the next flight was early in the morning. The regular shuttle bus time were a bit inconvinient for us and the staff went above and beyond to arrange the airport pick up and drop off in our convenience. Very friendly, very proffesional. We had a very pleasant and worry free stay. Thank you.

Pros:

Hotel staff on front desk are very helpful i had a problem with a taxi driver and the lady on front desk help him with problem. I iwas told by the taxi company i could use my credit card to pay for fare this was not case they wanted cash payment so she help to sort it out .Don't believe anything a taxi company at airport tells you they are completely dishonest.

Hotel was very clean rooms are basic but clean and staff very friendly

Convenient for airport, otherwise miserable
Pros:

Proximity to the airport is good. Firi was also supper friendly and helpful on the front desk

Cons:

We had a leak in our room during the night coming from the ceiling which woke us up and caused the floor to be soaking wet. When we alerted the front desk, nothing was done to fix it and so was still broken that night. The breakfast was also very poor with cold food and had to keep asking staff to replace items which were out. The pool is over very overlooked and not many places to relax around it. It was also full of people smoking all day and during breakfast which was very unpleasant.

Pros:

The reception staff during check in were particularly helpful, they navigated us to check in early well, they gave us touristic advice and were incredibly welcoming, warm and helpful.

Cons:

Whilst the free shuttle is handy, it would be great if it was more regular. Not a big deal as taxis are not very expensive but it would improve the experience

Ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y poco tiempo en llegar.
Excelente servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.
El buffet desayuno estaba increíble.
