The staff was nice that’s it !
It had a strong nasty smell all through the hallways and elevators u have to hold ur nose they are re painting the outside so all the windows are covers u can even look out side the window, the room had a small tv and the internet buffers every two mins while watching a movie the beds are very hard
Property was safe but we had roaches in our room
Hotel is currently under renovations, so future visits may be different. My room smelled musty and mildewey. The hot water was tepid in the shower. The tv was damaged, the carpet soiled, and one elevator cab was out of order. Service was fantastic.
For them having construction around the hotel , you really couldn’t tell. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again and looking forward to see the repairs.

I frequently use this location for employees who travel to Houston for business. To do that, I'm required to have a credit card authorization on file. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, there was an unauthorized charge for several hundred dollars. I contacted the hotel and spent several days trying to resolve the issues. I was continuously told that the manager would reach out to me but I never received any communication. Every time I would call or email, I was told that I'd have to call back later. One lady finally told me that I should just dispute the charges and let the credit card company handle it. All they had to do was look up the transactions from that day, find the charge amount, and see who charged it. It's been a month and still no resolution. A business that requires a CC to be on file should be trusted to do the right thing. This location has shown that they cannot be trusted.
Conveniently located. Staff was very polite. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Floor hallway was a little musty. Maybe old carpet. One elevator was broken.

Hotel was nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Mattress and pillows could have been a bit better but not horrible.

My name is Jeff Jin, M.D. of APAC for Process Insights Inc., visiting from China. This is a pleasant trip staying in Courtyard as I met Jennifer V. at front desk. I lost my briefcase in the airport taxi when I check in Courtyard by Marriot NW /290 Corridor. It was not Uber, only a credit card receipt with drive's name, so I could not call back to driver. I told my trouble to Jennifer V. and Jennifer tried every way to contact the driver. After 30 minutes try, I gave up and went to dinner. However before I finished dinner, I received call from Jennifer V. I can not believe she kept on try different ways including video and securities and finally found the drive and called him - even I gave up!
This is unbelievable! Jennifer is smart, warm-hearted, and very kind to customers. I would like to write this letter to thank Jennifer V. for her kind help and appreciate her hospitality. I do wish Jennifer V.'s behavior being recognized by Marriot Group or Management as well! Very much appreciated!

It was conveniently located to all the things we wanted to do. The staff was kind and professional and the property was clean and well kept!
This place does not offer the continental breakfast, i thought paid for but it was not available, and the room is tiny; the electric AC unit smells really bad.
