Room was clean and everything was well organised with check in and check out.
The room was tiny (two beds squished together) for the price.
Attractive design. Lots of art, and creative use of it.
The food is below standard for what is a very attractive hotel.

Location, location, location!! we found it much better to stay here and go into old town. The restaurants were excellent and it was very easy to get around. Good air conditioning and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
Can’t think of a thing we didn’t like. Would have been nice to have some irregular fried eggs for breakfast. Breakfast options were fairly decent each morning though.
Öncelikle otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Oldukça merkezi bir yerde. Old town'a 5-10 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde. Otelden çıktıktan sonra yeme içme ve alışveriş için çok fazla seçenek var. Otel ve odalar çok temiz, personel çok yardımcıydı. Akşam sadece otel misafirlerine kapalı şekilde canlı müzik var, oldukça keyifli. Kahvaltı tatmin ediciydi. Çok özenli hazırlanmıştı. Çeşitlilik ve lezzet açısından oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Genel olarak otel beklentimin üzerindeydi. Bir daha Edinburgh'a gidersem kesinlikle tekrar bu tesisi tercih ederim.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór. Hotel blisko centrum, bardzo cicho, nie przeszkadzał hałas z ulicy. Dużo udogodnień, bardzo czysto, przyjazny i pomocny personel.

Great location, friendly staff and clean.
The size of the room was very small for £350 per night. Other hotels in the vicinity of equal or more luxurious were less money. If I had with me a regular suitcase I have no idea where it would go. Also lighting in the bathroom was poor, need better lighting above the mirror or a magnifying mirror.
The breakfast was excellent as was the lovatiin.

Great location , lovely breakfast
On 2 or 3 occasions staff didn’t acknowledge us as we passed reception to get to the lifts, this is not a major thing but having stayed in 4 and 5 star Irish hotels it’s not as welcoming as it could be.
Lovely room, gorgeous bathroom, very clean, staff always friendly and helpful, so much choice for breakfast, had two evening meals there - both good, perfect location to get to sites, shops and eateries but just away enough from busyness. A nice park directly opposite. Loved it !!

All the staff I had dealings with were exceptional. The location is excellent. Very handy if traveling via Waverley Station.
The room was small but I knew this when I booked. Without a major, and hugely expensive, redesign of the interior of the building, I don't think the company can do anything about it.

Sitting area near front door was a bit cold especially when eating breakfast and people were coming in and out.
