Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr nett! Zimmer klein aber schön und sauber. Frühstück war sehr lecker und immer alles frisch aufgefüllt!
Mir hat an dieser Unterkunft alles gut gefallen außer das die Zimmer Preise sind übertrieben teuer !

There was a lot of moisture in the room, the towels never dried at all, and the room was very small.

The bathroom lights were broken - I arrived late so didn’t want to go back to reception and just had to deal with it by keeping door open but that should have been spotted by cleaning staff .
In a room costing this much a bottle of water or access to water dispenser on each floor is expected / a very basic requirement which is not provided.
Fresh milk is provided in a small bottle but there is no fridge - the room was over 20’c …. Surely this is a food standards issue

Super Lage in der Innenstadt. Mehrere Möglichkeiten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinzukommen! Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal.

Great location in a quieter corner, but easy walk to all the popular tourist spots. We loved the balcony room, awesome views, spacious, fantastic shower. Good breakfast and bar, you can order pizza late if hungry.
