Pros:

Отель 3 звёзды не больше, шумно, многолюдно. Отель для диковатых людей. Еда в ресторане и в летней кухне была вкусная, но без особого разнообразия. Понравился вид на море с верхнего этажа в главном ресторане, аниматоры старались, танцевали задорно, костюмы фееричные. Комната и сам корпус со свежим ремонтом.Наша комната была в старом здании, в ванной все на расстоянии вытянутой руки, из комнаты был выход на небольшой балкончик. В номере ночью было тихо. Пляж мелкая галька, вода прозрачная. Уборка номера каждый день, в номере чисто (но вонюче, смотри минусы). Вечером можно прогуляться по главной улице по верхнему Камеру, поесть турецкой еды и купить нужные вещи и сувениры. Тихая зона со столами под деревьями, слева от летней кухни.

Cons:

в ресторане шумно, ресторан большой, далеко ходить за едой, еду начинают убирать ещё до окончания ужина.В ванной смердило из канализации. Матрасы жестковаты. Лежаки на пляже стояли вплотную друг к другу. Везде много народу. Бассейн между зданиями на второй линии был более спокойный, но дети и подростки прыгали в воду, спасатель смотрел на это и никак не реагировал. Во время ночного шоу прожекторы были настроены плохо и светили время от времени в глаза, что нервировало. Выбор напитков небольшой. Комната малюсенькая, даже негде разложить чемодан. Кошки на территории - мило, но не гигиенично, особенно , если они гадят возле стола, за которым ты ужинаешь. В общем и целом сойдёт, если не иметь высоких ожиданий. Море есть, голодным не останешься. Много лестниц, мало лифтов, неудобно ходить с чемоданами при выселении/заселении. На фото комната была значительно лучше, чем в действительности.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the hotel’s direct beachfront location and the beautiful sea views. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy during the stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Azizza and Lazzat, who were both very kind and helpful. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The restaurant is quite old, and the selection of seafood was very limited. The room in the first building we booked was also quite small, and the double bed was very small and not very comfortable for two people. We eventually changed to another room, but we had to pay an additional fee for the room change.

Спасибо Менеджеру и Администратору за то что адекватно реагировали на жалобы и просьбы.
Нам повезло что мы проживали в Корпусе у пляжа, хотя номера уже требуют ремонта, но было всегда чисто и уютно. Нашим друзьям которые жили в корпусе через дорогу повезло меньше, корпус старый, везде сильный запах канализации, в номере находиться без постоянного проветривания невозможно.

Cons:

На пляже мало лежаков, постоянные склоки по этому поводу, нужно приходить к 7.00 утра или раньше, чтоб занять место.

Avoid if you are looking for a proper vacation!

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT – This is not a 4-star hotel, barely a 3-star at best!
​The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but the actual quality of the accommodation and service falls way below expectations, barely deserving a weak 3 stars. The only bright spot was the staff, who worked hard and did a good job despite the poor conditions.
​Room and Bathroom:
​The bathroom is in terrible and outdated condition – a poor-quality shower cabin and a constant smell from the sewage pipes.
​The metal ceiling tiles in the bathroom are damaged and warped.
​Security is an issue since the lock system on the balcony door does not work, making it impossible to lock.
​The AC regulation does not work – apart from fan mode, it constantly blows at the exact same speed.
​It is impossible to sleep or rest properly because workers transport supplies in carts near the building at night, creating a loud noise as if they were right inside your room.
​Food and Facilities:
​The "All Inclusive" offer comes down to the same few dishes repeated continuously day after day.
​The main restaurant and the pool area are far too small for this number of guests – the space cannot even accommodate 30% of the guests at the same time.
​The drink quality is extremely poor – watered-down coffee and low-quality, cheap juices.
​With overall poor room conditions, this hotel does not justify its rating. Avoid it if you are looking for a proper vacation!

Бархатный сезон в Армаз Гул бич
Pros:

Побывали в бархатный сезон в отеле Армаз Гул, любимом Кемере. Приехала с питомцем. Поэтому проживание было в специальных домиках с лужайкой на 2 линии, через дорогу. В номере встречает бутылочка вина и пирожное, спасибо, очень приятно. Главная изюминка этого отеля-люди, которые делают все, чтобы наш отдых был комфортным. Огромная благодарность работникам гестрелейшен, особенно, Лаззат, которая вацап решает все наши хочу. И старается помочь максимально. Мне, как человеку с проблемой в ходьбе, было трудновато наворачивать круги через туннели, дорогу. Но в целом, отдых получился замечательным. Море было шикарное. В ресторане всегда свежие блюда, вкуснейший арбуз. В номере ждала белоснежная постель. Аниматоры старались нас тормошить и веселить.

Cons:

Иногда не было мест в ресторане и были очереди в барах, частенько не было свободных лежаков на пляже, т.к. многие клали полотенца и не приходили. Пожалуйста, сделайте что-то с этим...
