Resepsiyon , oda , oda servisi, yiyecek çok iyi.

Decent hotel, definite 4 stars and affordable rates. Had buffet, lobby bar, and is in a good walking distance to the water. The hallways are a bit dark, perhaps for eco friendly reasons, but it was clean and had nice AC. I would stay again for sure.

Daha ilk girişte odaya çıktık klozet arızalı daha sonra duş aldım kurutma makinesi çalışmıyor ertesi sabahından saat 16:00 ya kadar oda temizliği için personeli koridorda yakalayıp neredeyse zorla yaptırdım (ironi) sabah kahvaltısında personel sanki lokmamı sayıyor hissettim odadaki halılar kirliydi,havlular çok kalitesiz ve tüy bırakıyordu şu ana dek kaldığım en kötü ramadaydi

Konaklamamız günlüktü her şey normal personel güleryüzlü eğitimli ve nazikti.Odamız temiz ve konforlu sadece kahvaltıda hemen hemen her şey var gibi ama biraz sunum zayıflığı biraz da malzeme kalitesi iyileştirilirse güzel olur

İnternette otel fotoğrafları genellikle çok güzel görünür. Otele varınca hayal kırıklığı olur. Bu otelde tam tersi oldu. Oda ve otel fotoğraflardan daha mükemmel idi. Otel uluslararası bir işletme özelliğini hissettiriyor.
Kendinin park edebileceği ve ücretsiz park alanı ise benim için önemli idi. Valeye arabamı vermekten nefret ediyorum. Bu konuda özellikle teşekkür ederim. Hem de parka asansörle inöeniz gerektiği halde sizi zorlamiyorlar.
Yenekleri, tatlıları ve kahvaltısı çok iyi idi.

Check in den Check out a kadar Servis, müşteriye gösterilen ilgi, odanın temiz ve sessiz olması ve açık büfe sabah kahvaltısı ayrıca kapalı oto parkın ücrete dahil olması. Otelin sunmuş olduğu servislerden memnun kalmış olup, bir dahaki İzmir seyahatlerimizde tercihimiz olacak olan Hotel olacaktır.

Our stay was great. Staff was very kind and friendly and our floor service lady was fantastic. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that stays in İzmir. Another positive is that we were approximately 20 minutes away from the airport.

İzmir'in neresinde işimiz olursa olsun tercihimiz hep Ramada oluyor. Güvenli, temiz, lokasyonu çok iyi. Her zaman memnun ayrılıyoruz.

The hotel was very central,clean,price with performance was good.
But I want say the water of shower was dirty,and also shower need to be renew.
I recommend this hotel for short stay.

İş için gidip 1 gece konakladığım otelde sabaha kadar SOĞUKTAN uyuyamadım. Odaya girdiğiniz anda buz gibi havayı hissediyorsunuz. Tüm odalar doğru düzgün çalışmayan klimayla ısıtılmaya çalışılıyor. Bütün camlar açık kalmış gibi bir soğuk vardı odada asla memnun kalmadım. Kimseye tavsiye etmem

Personeller çok ilgili ve alakalılar odaları tartışmaya gerek yok konfor ve rahatlığından dolayı ramada oteller türkiyede zaten mükemmel fakat izmir ramada otel restorant olayını bence balıkesirden , bursadan falan bi örnek almalı izmir gibi biryerde otelin girişi ile iç içe restorant ramada otele yakışmamış onun dışında herşey mükemmel..

Mir hat es wieder gut gefallen, wenn man jeden Tag das Zimmer gesäubert haben möchte, dann ist das auch möglich. Reinigungskraft sehr nett und machen ihren Job gut. Teppichboden nicht so meins, aber gut, ist nunmal so. Mietwagen parken war super, war auch nichts dran. Hotel an stark befahrener Straße etwas laut, aber einfach Fenster zu machen. Die Waschtische und der Wasserhahn sind eine Katastrophe, aber dies wird wohl jetzt alles neu gemacht, da wohl einige Gäste nicht zufrieden waren. Personal freundlich. Essen / Frühstück schmeckt. Man kann auch Abend aufs Zimmer bestellen, kein Problem. Auswahl ist ok. Angenehmes Hotel. War das 2. mal da. Mir gefällt es. Werde auch wieder buchen. Zur Einkaufsstraße muss man etwas laufen, aber durch den Kulturpark wunderbar. Es ist alles fussläufig gut erreichbar und überall Metrostationen. Wunderbare Stadt. Und was toll war: keine Säuberungsaktionen von Katzen und Hunden ❤️alles wie immer.

A disgrace to the Wyndham franchise. We stayed in room 1533. First evening the room was so cold, the guests can not adjust the temperature in the room themselves. Technical service needs to come up and do it for us. Then it gets too hot and then the tech man has to come and change the settings again. Not giving the guest control of the temperature in the room is annoying and we didn’t like having the tech support in our room over and over again. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with a glass of red wine: €21 for this is extremely expensive compared to normal outside Izmir prices. They are ripping the guests off. They also make the guest pay for the food at the door. The server didn’t give the option of placing it on the room tab. The Caesar salad had a very long wavy woman’s hair inside of it. This made me sick to my stomach. I will never order food at this hotel again. They put mustard salad dressing on a ‘Caesar Salad’ plus an extra long human hair inside of it. I can not imagine how dirty that kitchen is. Truly sickening. The room in general is a nice corner room. The shower heads are both clogged with lime-scale so the shower pressure is low. The shower heads need to be cleaned. For the price this is not up to par with the other international ‘Ramada’ hotels I’ve stayed at. Not worth the cost since this hotel not not have the regular high standards that we expected from the Wyndham chain.
