La Quinta by Wyndham Sioux Falls

The staff is great. The rooms are clean and roomy. Did I say, the staff is great. I would say it is the best motel in Eastern South Dalota.

When we first got there we had problems with ourTV. Then about an hour later we were having trouble with our thermometer. The young man at the front desk was so helpful and polite! Besides running the front desk by himself he came and helped with our concerns after getting guests checked in. Our room was good. Love the beds. I have always liked this LaQuinta. Very clean. Very friendly staff. I’ve stayed here LOTS of times. I have never had a bad experience! Kudos to the young man at the front desk on the evening of the 3rd of January.

This is our second visit and we love it here just as much as the first time. Our room is so guest-friendly, it’s pleasant, comfortable and complete with everything we need. The front desk woman was so nice and so good at her job. Highly recommend!

We stay here anytime we are travelling south from Canada to Texas- The staff, hotel & rooms excellent - friendly & welcoming experience every time.

We always stay at this hotel on our drive from Montana to The Florida Keys. We travel with our dogs. We love the clean spacious rooms. Has everything we need. Has a grassy area around the parking lot and a dog clean up bin.

I am in Sioux Falls frequently for various reasons and this is always my place to go. I have never been disappointed because this is such a pristine hotel. Absolutely everything about it is wonderful including the clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff and good breakfast. I believe the hotel has a happy hour too with drinks and maybe appetizers but I always get in too late to partake. The location is wonderful because Perkins restaurant is next door and so is the Gateway Lounge which is a very friendly bar with great food.

We were able to check in a little early. Located off I29 was convenient. Front desk staff were congenial. Room was great. Breakfast had a lot of options.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean, had all the amenities that we needed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful the happy hour each evening is a nice touch. Next time I will bring my swimsuit for the pool and hot tub. Ease of temperature control in rooms awesome.

Loved our king suite w couch. Super comfy for us and our teen. Plenty of room to stretch and relax without being squished together. Close to the mall and lots of restaurants.

Great room with comfortable bed and fabulous bedding. Oh so soft and comfy sheets. Room was spacious, super clean and welcoming. We travel with our fur child and she was welcomed plus received a treat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast is included. I would highly recommend this property without any hesitation whatsoever. Thank you! ❤️

Nice big clean room

Clean room, great staff, nice parking, we stay here every time we come to Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Friendly staff, good breakfast and quiet.
Only complaint is our bathroom was handicapped accessible. The shower curtain didn't go all the way down to floor. So floor was slippery even after placing bath mat down. Had to place towel down and wipe up. Overall our experience was great

Very nice place. Nice staff, lobby area is nice size, pool is conveniently located and wide variety of “emergency” snacks. Will be back.

When we arrived the front desk was having problems running my credit card and couldn’t seem to clearly communicate the issue. it took several minutes for them to realize the issue was with their system and not my card. Then the carpets in the common areas were all thoroughly stained and there were marks on the doors and walls. The common areas were uncomfortably warm when we arrived and smelled vaguely of smoke and weed. The trash can on our hall was full to the brim when we arrived and overflowing when we left. Overall the condition was well worn and cleanliness and appearance had been neglected for some time. Overall the vibe was “dirty shell gas station on the sketchy side of town.” My wife and I almost exclusively stay at La Quinta because it’s consistently a clean and pleasant experience at a reasonable price however this location seems to be a La Quinta in name only. It was a big disappointment to find that it seems to be run by someone with much lower standards.
