Pros:

Hotel bellissimo, pulitissimo. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con due letti alla francese per 2 adulti ed una ragazza di 14 anni. Ci si stava benissimo. Colazione per tutte le nazioni e buonissima. Posizione ottima!

Never excepted a such disappointing service from Marriott.
Pros:

Almost nothing except location

Cons:

Supposed to be nonsmoking hotel, but actually it smells everywhere even in the room, lobby and elevators. Staff doesn’t speak English. Poor breakfast for 5* hotel. Cleaning service is disaster.

Special place for us. ✨
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying at Marriott. We celebrated NYE in Shanghai so we wanted to stay at special place and it really felt like it there. Amazing breakfast! The best we have had in our lives tbh. 😅

Cons:

They charged us two times but send the money as soon as we let them now it happened. So everything good afterwards.
