The room was excellent especially the walk in shower

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was more expensive than the cooked breakfast and the bar was expensive.

The hotel looks very nice but unfortunately the facilities let it down - fell far short of a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff

Cons:

Poor facilities in the room. Hot water only luke warm - unable to have a bath. No dressing table or mirror to dry hair with hair dryer. Needs better layout and facilities in the room. Spa not open after 5 or before 10 so not available for use.

Lovely stay in Liverpool
Pros:

Super clean, super spacious bedroom and bathroom. The staff were very friendly, I got a free warm cookie on arrival.
Nice facilities, the bar downstairs is lovely. Location also very central.

Cons:

The spa attached to the hotel did the job, in terms of it had a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool however, I can tell it's a bit tired, could be a bit more clean and maybe needs some renovating and replace some of the flickering flights.

Can’t go wrong with Double Tree Hotel.
Pros:

Very close to town.
Free cookie at check-in.
Bath and shower in the bathroom, good strong aircon.
Comfy beds!

Cons:

We weren’t asked for the reason of our stay, or if we were celebrating anything. We didn’t even get given any suggestions on what to do in Liverpool.

Disappointing, no swimming slots which were £20 each, paid for parking, cold bath

My filters were car parking swimming pool and bath it turned out had to use and pay for parking, pay £20 each for swimming and there were no slots available, and the bath water was cold,
