Don’t stay here. Poor value for money

Very run down.
Tap broken.
Poor lighting. No water in fridge.
No black out curtains.
Stairs to bathroom a nightmare!!
Very tatty.

Air con broken in room. Told all rooms have fans ( lie)

Wouldn’t rush to a Double Tree again, although not disastrous left a lot to be desired as regards bathroom and breakfast
Pros:

Convenient and clean.

Cons:

Accessible bathroom? Shower tray was dangerous - very slippery.
Wash hand basin tap was very unpredictable - sometimes low sometimes high pressure flooding the floor making it slippery and dangerous.
Cooked breakfast and croissants were both very poor.

Pros:

Therapist nelya was so lovely, very professional. Would highly recommend. Receptionist flo was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

I liked about the property that it was close to the city centre

Cons:

We had no Aircon in the hotel room , the window in the hotel room could not open . the spa we paid £20 each and the water filter that we was able to drink was warm
