Pros:

Location and feel about the place. Service on arrival and questions was exceptional and could not be faulted.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioning and not great shower pressure.

Cons:

le prix exorbitant étant donné le Mondial de Football. Cependant tous les hotels ont surchargé pour les chambres. Donc, en comparaison, c'était presque raisonnable.

The hotel was close to the stadium which made it convenient.

Cons:

We appreciated that the hotel said they were upgrading our room, but unfortunately the "upgrade" was not a good fit for us. The bedroom was located up a significant number of stairs inside the room, which made it difficult and inconvenient for us as guests in our 70s. We wish the staff had considered accessibility needs or at least asked whether a multi-level room would be suitable before assigning it. The experience was disappointing, and we would encourage the hotel to be more mindful of older guests or anyone with mobility concerns when offering room upgrades.
