Pros:

Good location. Very friendly staff. Nice and modern room. Super clean. Very comfortable bed. We loved the hotel.

Cons:

Noise is an issue.
- Major construction work next door. Workers start at 6.30 am with heavy machinery. Woke me up every morning.
- Room doors could be better insulated. Noises from the corridor are an issue, in particular if you have a room close to the elevator.

Fabulous!!
Pros:

The design, aesthetic, and location were great!! The staff went out of their way in every aspect to make you feel valued and ensure satisfied. The breakfast is delicious and even the parking garage is spotless!! Definitely will return!

Cons:

Nothing was a problem during our stay! If an event at BC Place it may be busy/loud but we were on the Cambie street side and no issues.
