Lousy hotel

This is a location that you need to be when you’re in Quezon City. Price was very reasonable, staff were all outstanding, food were delicious, service was very good. I can only wish that this Hotel was not ‘only’ described as love hotel. They are more than that. This may be a small and economical hotel but all services were rendered beyond my expectations. Highly recommended and I will visit this hotel again for the next opportunity, To all its staff, THANK YOU for all your assistance. I will not forget it. Keep it up and remember, you are the pillars of this business. Heads up, Stand Up Tall. You should all be proud of your work.

Don't take a room on the street side.. Too noisy

2泊の宿泊でしたが、出掛けて夜ホテルに戻ったらルームクリーニングで荷物を全部片付けられてました。フロントに電話したら、直ぐに持って来ましたが、普通そんな事しないと思います。

Location, room service, hospitable fast and friendly service attitude.

I will never come back to this hotel, too noisy, the music all night long. The linens & towels, dirty & smell bad. The toilet seat is broken & the faucet sink was loose. And I killed 2 small cockroach, walking around the walls. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was too small; very few electrical outlets; a/c was uncontrollable; no refrigerator.

All Rooms must be smoke free, since we stayed there for a week housekeeping must be done on a daily basis, problem with the toilet flush, TV remote control not working, apart from that reasonable rate. Handy around the places I need to go.

The place was perfect for our need. We had a bad brownout that caused our home AIRCON to blowup. This hotel had everything we needed away from home. Plus, the hotel food was unexpectedly great! The massage service was wonderful as long as I had the right therapist. Yeah, we'd come back again.

The room was OK and price is absolutely cheap. The area is great for food lovers as there are a lot pf restaurants and places to eat. Highly recommended stay and worth the price.

Conveniently located across the street from several Chinese restaurants and a local small mall. The staff is friendly, polite and excellent. Otherwise, room service was the worse I ever experienced, e.g., during my stay from 9 Nov to 27 Nov, my bedding and towels were changed only once after I asked the staff. Thereafter, I changed my own bedding and towels after I saw where the supply was kept.

I do not recommend the premium room for more than a night or two due to smallness, no shower curtain, window or closets to hang cloths. I moved to a deluxe room a grade up in terms of size, however, no change regarding shower curtain, window, etc. It did have a small half closet. I elected to change again to a Regency 1 room after I saw the room of another guest, which had a full closet, a small room with a small table and two chairs, a bath tub with a shower and curtain, and windows.

I would not recommend this hotel chain, hotel Sogo, to families with children. The chain really caters to guests who want to spend a few hours with their significant other (companion), i.e. male and female; guests frequently sit about the lobby waiting for specific accommodations, i.e., 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, etc. lots of this type of traffic. Also, the menu cannot compete with the local economy in taste and preparation.

Also, the hotel is located within a reasonable distance to a larger mall, Fisher mall, in an area with night clubs.

This is actually a love hotel. Dont expect much. Beware if the bed sheets and linens.

It was ok but they was renovaiting the hotel so it was a little noise and it was olso noise from the street. The staff was wery friendly .

No sabían nada de nuestra reserva. Espera larga. Habitación divertida para el sexo (espejos en techo y lateral), pero con un aire acondicionado de hace 20 años y que empezó a repicar a las 6 de la mañana. Baño maloliente. Comida de poca calidad

The hotel room is comfortable and very clean. The hotel staffs are accomodating and helpful. :)
