La struttura è in una posizione strategica per chi come noi deve poi visitare la valpolicella.

Cons:

Il riscaldamento della nostra stanza ha fatto un casino immenso tutta notte con un “ticchettio” continuo, ma per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per una notte e un dettaglio di poco conto.

Pros:

l'area svago al piano inferiore con possibilità di giocare gatuitamente a ping pong,calcio balilla, biliardo e ad air hockey. Per me è stato bellisimo veder i miei figli divertirsi in semplicità e in modo genuino, come quando non esisteva la tecnologia di oggi che ci sta danneggiando tutti. Per cui complimenti alla struttura per aver scelto di realizzare questo spazio ricreativo.

Pros:

Se alloggi in questo hotel di Giovedì notte non parcheggiare nella stradina ! Perché Non troverai più la tua macchina verrà rimossa dal carro attrezzi per il mercato ambulante .. peccato che
arrivando di sera il cartello sia posto in posizione non visibile .
L hotel conoscendo la prassi del comune dovrebbe al check-in informare la clientela . !!
Lo staff si è comunque reso disponibile a risolvere il problema .

Buona qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile e premuroso.
Pros:

la posizione era ottima per me perchè era tra le terme (al venerdì) e la fiera di Verona (al savato). Alla notte non mi sono sentito bene. Mi hanno portato in camera la colazione.
Personale molto gentile. Se dovessi avere ancora bisogno tornerei volentieri.
Parcheggio nel cortile dell'albergo.

The hotel has a romantic, grand atmosphere with bold décor, chandeliers, statement chairs, and a striking red staircase that immediately makes the space feel special. Even though some of the décor is playful rather than traditional, it creates a warm, welcoming feeling and makes the hotel truly memorable. The instrumental music playing throughout added so much to the atmosphere, it felt calm, immersive, and quietly magnificent. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. What made the stay even more special was the location, being within easy walking distance of the Valpolicella rugby field meant I could stay somewhere beautiful and still walk over to watch my son play rugby. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for, and I will definitely be back. absolute "LOVE" hotel thank you

There was really nothing to dislike. These are just small suggestions that could enhance an already magnificent experience. Adding milk to the in-room tea and coffee station would be appreciated, and replacing the worn red carpets on the winding staircase would allow the space to fully match the grandeur of the hotel. Using fresh flowers instead of plastic ones could also elevate the overall atmosphere.
