Our stay was absolutely exceptional. We upgraded to the main room with a terrace, which offered a stunning view. The staff were consistently professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of mosques, palaces, restaurants, and shops with very reasonable prices. Out of all the hotels and countries we have visited, this has truly been the best experience. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Many thanks to the entire team for making our visit so memorable

Staff especially the night staff was exceptional including the girl who serves breakfast was so nice and helpful.
Full marks to the breakfast it was unbeatable

We had issue of ac breaking down continuously for 2 nights which was fixed later, which impacted our sleep hence plans for next day.

Room size was small but functional.
One thing they need to put locks on slider washroom doors.
My door slides opens every now and then
Over all good place to spend few day s but there is need for improvement

Dream Bosphorus hotel is in a great location. 15 min walk to Spice Bizarre, Hagia Sophia etc.
The service was great, spoke English and breakfast buffet was ok.
The room itself needed an upgrade and quite small. We got the room with the terrace which was literally a spectacular view of the whole bosphorus. The terrace was bigger than our room. The area was quiet
Yes I would stay here again. Around the corner is The Last Ottoman Cafe - excellent supper

2 çocuklu aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Gayet rahat , güvenli, temiz ve sessiz bir ortamdı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve temizdi. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok yardımsever ve saygılılar. Konum toplu taşıma kullanacaklar için mükemmel.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Tevreden over schoonmaak van de kamers. Kamer aan de iets kleine kant. Ontbijt niet heel verkeerd maar kon meer keus.

Lovely hotel in great area for bars, resturants and travel links. Easy walk to Bosphorous. Breakfast exactly as in pictures, good selection of turkish goods. Scrambled/boiled eggs every day plus 1 extra warm item. 24hr tea/coffee available in lobby as well as kettle and free items in room. I was concerned a little about some comments regarding room cleaning, and i can say our rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed, all items restocked, 100% happy. There is a button system by door, which indicates you want the room cleaning. Press it - its done. Although they do ask daily also. Comfy beds, aircon/heater warmed room very well (january) powerful shower, free toiletries including even razor and foam.
All in all a great hotel with professional staff, we were all impressed with our stay and would highly recommend.
The only point which does need to be made is that the immediate area is undergoing improvement works to several buildings and as such construction is heard at some points. Never too early or late, and didnt disturb us, but it is there. Hotel overlooks train station and if lucky Bosphorous, but dont recall hearing a train once. Very handy access to the gulhane park via gate 50yds away - walk up to sultanahmet blue mosque

Bu Otel'de geçirdiğim konaklama gerçekten harikaydı! Odalar son derece temiz ve konforluydu, personel ise inanılmaz derecede güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Küçük bir ricada bulundum ve beklentimin çok ötesinde yardımcı oldular. Samimi ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları beni gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Otelin zengin kahvaltısı çok lezzeyliydi. Ayrıca, otelin merkezi konumu heryere ulaşım aşısından çok kolay oldu. Böyle bir hizmet anlayışı görmek insanı özel hissettiriyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ve ilk fırsatta tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum!

Stayed here for 4 nights on our short trip to Istanbul. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Although small, the room was enough for the two of us.

The staff was especially nice and made our stay even better with their service. The breakfast was almost the same every morning with little changes everyday and that is not a bad thing.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the station and walking distance from the mail tourist area. Plenty of shops, restaraunts and cafes around the hotel.

There was construction sounds from a place near by which the hotel has no control over I suppose and it was only during day time when we would normally be out.

I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great welcome from the hotel and the view of the Bosphorus was terrific. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and the position was great - minutes walk from everything (including trams and ferries to take you further afield). We'll be back.

There was a demolition site next to the hotel, no info at the time of booking nor before our arrival. At check-in was told there was some construction work NOT a demolition/jack hammering works.
Asked for a compensation, was angrily told that it was it, no compensation.
Average breakfast, no juice, cheap food, no fresh juice, no fresh food.
We booked this hotel due to Hotels rating, paid enormously high rates for bad stay with noise until 6pm.
Terrible stay, no value for money - could have had a better stay for half the money.
Thanks Hotels, should have notified at the time of booking about the demolition and construction activities planned during our stay, you lied to us and charged high rates. hotel should be rated 3/10 during the demolition works.
Anyhow, you tricked us and we paid the price.

Personal muy amable, ubicación inmejorable, el desayuno aunque no hay demasiada variedad, pero estaba bien.
Hemos estado 2 días con más de 250€ y te dan un intreplanta con techo a 2 metros (casi toco con la cabeza), te da sensación de estar en un agujero y no un hotel, el frigorífico no funcionaba, y el baño no era nada agradable.

No eggs at breakfast other than boiled eggs.Lots of sauces etc at breakfast but no description of what they were.Liked the availability of coffee,cappuccino etc all the time.Difficult for taxis to come to the hotel.
