Os recepcionistas são bons. O colchão é um pouco velho, mas não é desconfortável. As instalações são velhas, portas com marcas de pequenas quebras. O chuveiro é eletrônico e não regula facilmente pois tem um atraso para refletir a temperatura. O banheiro é apertado. No dia que cheguei encontrei uma barata e a lixeira do banheiro não havia sido esvaziada (falta de zelo/limpeza). O ar é bom mas para o tamanho do ambiente ele é suficiente somente para o quarto. A estrutura é boa para quem vai passar mais tempo pois tem uma mini cozinha para refeições prontas (microondas). O café da manhã é bom, tem frutas, sucos, pães, ovos, café, leite. Somente tem dois elevadores para um prédio de 23 andares é pouco, mas não ficou congestionado pois acredito que havia poucos hospedes.A localização é muito boa, perto da praia de Iracema, farmácia, mercado e restaurantes. Tem um bom custo benefício..

Um ogro na recepção para fazer check in. Grosso, mal educado, mal preparado, desatento (pedindo o documento novamente quando já tinha até tirado as cópias e negando que já havia pedido/ nem sequer havia devolvido). Já cheguei vendo um pessoal com problemas com o atendimento lento e burocrático. Estavam cansados e já haviam perdido o almoço da empresa deles. O rapaz da recepção sem dar a mínima com cara de “problema seu”, continuava com cara de deboche. O gerente ficava “escondido “ numa sala sem ajudar para agilizar e a fila crescendo…
Cheguei doente, sentindo dores, mas tive que ficar de pé enfrentando o mesmo descaso.
