The people, the place, the things on site, are great.
Pros:

This is the best low cost option in the city. No bugs, no vermin, no loud neighbors. The only problem is a thing no one can fix. It's the highway, which is why this location is so affordable. All things considered this place is awesome and the staff are sooooo sweet and knowledgeable.

Roaches and low cleaning level. Room had dirty towels from the last person who stayed in it. Also had a wasp nest over my door and the staff wasn't willing or able to fix it until the next day.

Great price and location was close enough to the event I was going to but far enough away to avoid traffic

Cons:

It smelled like marijuana, the ac system would periodically get really loud, some of the towels were dirty, the bed was wonky like there were indentations into it, the floors were dirty, the shower curtain holder was broken, there were only 2 pillows, and the outlet by the sink did not work.
